Lovely central hotel - would definitely give it a 4 star
Pros:

The room was beautifully decorated, although small. The hotel was central for everything, so I couldn't fault it. Breakfast was amazing. Staff very friendly, and couldnt do enough for you.

Cons:

We stayed in room 101, and there was a noise constantly through the night that sounded like a lift system. I did say something but nothing was really said. I think the toilets on the bottom floor could have been cleaner. We went on the last day to use them and they were dirty - not what you would have expected for the £1000 we spent on two nights stay. Also the service charges on everything was a bit steep - bearing in mind what was paid for the weekend.
