Comfortable, modern a very nice place to stay.
Pros:

Location, friendly staff, the little touches in the room. Modern, spacious, clean, cosy. Family friendly. Housekeeping, breakfast staff were friendly, like that they were chatty and friendly to the kids.

Cons:

Really couldn’t fault it. Lift wasn’t working at check-in which was a little frustrating but these things happen. Hotel did offer to carry luggage upstairs

Fantastic location, reasonably priced and would stay again.
Pros:

The location was fantastic

Cons:

Parking was not ideal as it is limited but there was a car park close by. Also when I asked the cleaner for a roll of toilet roll for the room and telling her I didn’t need anything else done to the room she told me to ask at reception when she was outside my room with the trolley and amenities which wasn’t ideal as my children were in the room needing toilet roll and I had to take them downstairs with me to ask for some paper.

Amazing hotel, comfortable beds. Huge shower highly recommended
Pros:

Near kings theatre and only a few minutes drive from city centre. Rooms immaculate staff very helpful

Cons:

One if the lifts were out of order during stay which meant longer wait times as hotel was busy and only one lift

Buonissima la posizione. Un buonissimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Personale cordiale. La colazione buona.
Abbiamo cenato al ristorante. Buona qualità, forse prezzi un pó altini, ma le porzioni erano abbondanti.

Cons:

Se posso, suggerirei qualche accessorio in più nel bagno della camera. Inoltre suggerirei un servizio di bevande calde a colazione, come latte caldo, cappuccino, caffè espresso…..

The appearance is good.

Cons:

The services were poor. Even if you report all they do and apologise and don’t do nothing about it. The beds were not comfortable at all. I book this hotel according to people reviews but its the opposite its not the way how they describe it.

Adequate stay for one night.
Pros:

Hotel had all the facilities that were needed and great location close to the city centre.

Cons:

Room wasn’t the cleanest. Multiple stains on the carpets and residue left in the shower area. Sink plug was also broken and kept coming off. One of the mattresses in the room has clearly collapsed on one side and the whole bed was on a tilt and was a challenge to sleep in.

Excellent stay, delicious breakfast, clean and friendly
Pros:

The rooms were clean and a perfect size. The beds were comfortable and facilities in the room were all you would need. It was close to the bus station and not too far from the OVO Hydro by uber.

Cons:

The lifts were not working on the Saturday morning, one was out of order and the other had the cleaning staff with all their equipment in it or it was full as people were leaving or going for breakfast. We had to walk up to the sixth floor after breakfast and then walk back down with our luggage when we were leaving. This was fine for ourselves but not ideal at all for my dad with his illness.

Good for a nights stay, I wouldn’t stay any longer than that
Pros:

The staff are the best thing about the hotel. Everyone was friendly and helpful

Cons:

One of the lifts were broken so the other lift was always full meaning we had to use the stairs which is quite a climb to the 4th floor. The tv wasn’t working, we were offered to move room but my son was settled in the room and moving him would have been a hassle I feel things like that should be checked.
