Poor expensive very disappointed but
Pros:

Breakfast was good

Cons:

To say l was the main guest and paid for two other rooms for my family.....they definitely had a better room than hours felt like we were in a box hardly any natural light. So l paid £600 pounds in total main guest and got the worse room. Definitely won't stay here again.

Pros:

Brilliant stay, lovely staff, such a reasonable price and such a lovely stay.

Cons:

The parking situation isn’t great, tiny car parking site and when you realise it’s full you need to reverse in a horrible place to try and turn. Gave me so much panic. Then the multi story isn’t much better but overall if you’re not driving it’s perfect.

Good overall
Pros:

Clean and modern within a great location. Staff were friendly and efficient with a well organised breakfast available.

Cons:

No toilets on the lobby floor only available the next floor up.
Ridiculous design when travellers after spending hours on the road need to freshen up before check in.

Lovely
Pros:

Welcoming, accommodating and friendly staff.
We had issues with one of our room and the manager came to see us directly and gave us another room straight away.
Location was pretty solid and I would stay here again!

Husband had to find it via the ladies in chop if u need two hands to stand up or use scooter you cannot open the door so I had to with him to toilet your staff very kindly helped once

Fue una noche de mero trámite pero el hotel cumplió las expectativas con creces.
Pros:

Ubicación perfecta. Desayuno muy variado y rico, servido en unos salones espaciosos, luminosos y muy cómodos. El personal que nos atendió, tanto en recepción como en desayuno fue muy colaborador y amable. Tuvimos un problema con la temperatura de la habitación, que nos podía arreglar manipulando el dispositivo central, y en recepción intentaron y consiguieron darnos una alternativa.

Cons:

Problemas con la temperatura de la habitación. Curiosamente para el país de que se trata, la habitación estaba muy caldeada y no funcionaba la refrigeración central. Tampoco teníamos opción de abrir las ventanas.

Great location in Glasgow, luxury looking at a really good price but poor breakfast
Pros:

I think it’s the most luxurious hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The location was round the corner from our gig so location was brilliant. It was also just along from Sauchiehall Street with the shops, bars and restaurants.
The shower was huge!
Bed was very comfortable and there was a fan in the room which was ideal because it was warm!
It had 3 windows that we could open to let air in.
Our room had a microwave and a fridge which was ideal for our little carton of milk!
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The breakfast was poor. Breakfast was from 6.30-10.30. We went down for breakfast at 9.30 and I just felt the food wasn’t fresh quality - the hash browns were dry, the fried egg was a little rubbery and my friend commented that her bacon was chewy. The haggis was lukewarm. But overall, the setting of the restaurant was lovely although very pricey for their normal meals so I’d expect the food to be better than the breakfast had we chosen to eat there for our main meals.
Had it not been for the 10% genius discount, I wouldn’t have been happy with the full price stay inclusive of the breakfast. Sadly, it’s been one of the worst hotel breakfasts I’ve personally ever had.
