La posizione ed i letti, molto comodi. Sono stato fortunato anche a trovare parcheggio in Hotel (anche se a pagamento 15€)
Faceva molto caldo, capisco che li non sono abituati a temperature elevate, ma un 4 stelle non è un ostello.

Fantastic stay over two days, Staff were exceptional at any time of day, room was comfortable and very clean. Facilities and parking was all easily accessible will stay again and would recommend to all.
Great staff, lovely hotel. Lots of amenities. The personal touch of the bowl of apples in the lobby was nice. Being able to buy cold beers/wine onsite to bring to our room was great too. Really friendly and helpful staff, could not fault them. Well located hotel, known to local taxis so easy to get back after a long day out. About 15 pound from city centre to hotel and 11 pound on the bus from airport to hotel.
The fold out couch/settee in the sitting room should not be advertised as a bed. It was EXTREMELY uncomfortable to even sit on. Really need to invest in replacing this. Our 3rd occupant stayed on this and got no sleep. I liked the fact it was pulled out and dressed when we arrived but deffo not ok to sleep on. Another heads up, you have to put a hanger on the door to replenish supplies. We didn't realise and ran out of loo roll which was not good for an occupancy of 3! Our own fault for not realising but be aware.
Comfy mattress and helpful personnel
Fabulously dog friendly hotel. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and my Husky was made an enormous fuss of and given a bed, bowls and biscuits not to mention the poo bags! It’s rather gone to her head!
