Nice suite and spacious. Comfy bed and ambiance.

Lovely suite and warming welcome area etc.

Cons:

The breakfast was poor, cold food and eggs looked like rubber eggs and mushrooms undercooked. Felt it let our stay down.

La déco, l'emplacement, les chambres spacieuses et confortables, le petit déjeuner hyper varié et excellent !

Cons:

Le parking, plus de place mais heureusement un parking partenaire est situé à 150m.
L'un des ascenseurs était en panne donc beaucoup d'attente le soir de notre arrivée et le deuxième est tombé en panne le matin. Dur pour mes parents de 70 ans de monter les 9 étages à pieds !

Only one lift took 20-30 min to get each time with a pushchair kept going up and down waste of time other lift out of order, there was dog shit rubbed into the carpet in the room disgusting room 124 and left the hanger on the door to clean and change the bed and new towels they just put new towels in an flung the hanger on the floor paid to parking to charge the car but couldn’t get a space!

Nice hotel, not the best location
Pros:

Was a nice hotel, modern . Nice bar area in chop.

Cons:

Check in guy had a bit of an attitude, the hotel states central, it took us 20 minutes to walk uphill from train station. Room was very warm with heating switched off so had to leave windows open, this led to hearing a lot of noise.
