Not clean at all. Staff rather rude.
This is a hotel chain and we got what we expected. Not much interaction with staff except for check in and out. Parking was tight, the driver had to exit the car from passenger side of the car

Parking as usual in UK
This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. We arrived about 6:00 pm and were given a room that was at least 90 degree F and the windows did not open. The temperatures outside were in the 60's, so this was not caused by a heat wave. There was no air conditioning in the room, so we went immediately to the front desk to ask for another room. We were informed the hotel was sold out and that we had a Dyson unit that would cool the room. We turned on this unit and went to dinner. When we returned the room was not cooler and this unit was a fan, not an A/C unit. We went back to the front desk to see what help we could give us and they said there was nothing they could do.
We had a terrible night and in the morning I went back to the front desk and inquired again as to why our room was so hot. It turned out that there are only 4 rooms in the hotel that have windows that won't open and this was one of them. And that the previous day a guest insisted they turn on the heat in this room, making it extremely hot. Apparently the hotel staff knew this room would be very hot and they did nothing to help our situation. Honestly, I should have checked out and gone to another hotel. We paid $304.92 for one of the worst nights I have ever spent in a hotel. I think I should receive a full refund for this night. And I am planning on writing a Google review about this experience.

Wasn't a massive fan of the pillows, the bed itself was really comfy but the pillows were hard and lumpy!

For a studio room the bins were very small and the fridge door was so heavy it tipped the fridge. The lifts were also incredibly slow
