Perfect for London Palladium
Pros:

Brilliant location. We were attending a show at the London palladium theatre so it was great to walk back easily after the performance. Very nice accessibility access room. Staff all friendly and professional.

Honestly for the money I paid; it is the worst luxury hotel. The hotel is more about Residence.
Pros:

Just the Concierge at better, the breakfast crew are ok.

Cons:

They are behaving as new hotel with fake words of hospitality unlike the real and old Kensington Mandarin Oriental that deal with guess and treat them well, especially this is an expensive hotel.

No hot water on arrival, bad food and hard to communicate with staff who are not native English speakers. Also simple things like the TV and the hot water in the shower don’t work properly. We actually had to move rooms after arriving from the airport and there being no hot water to shower. We kept telling them there was no hot water and 3 people came to check as if it wasn’t true, finally they accepted and we moved rooms. Definitely not worth the price

A flawless weekend break in luxury
Pros:

The whole experience from booking to checkout was perfect. Compared to a multitude of other well known 5 star London hotels - it was by far the most consistently excellently executed in every area. Cany thank the staff enough!
