Pros:

My experience at the Mandarin Oriental Mayfair was excellent. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciated being offered a late checkout. The room was beautiful, modern, and very well furnished. The spa was amazing, the pool was excellent, and room service was prompt and high quality. I also loved the location and the interior design of the hotel—everything felt luxurious and thoughtfully done.

Cons:

The only small issue I had was with the towels, as they weren’t as soft as I would expect for a hotel of this standard. I shared this feedback with the staff during my stay.

Вид из окна на стену. И так во всех номерах в отеле. Это обман, что вы ведете прекрасное здание с окнами на уютную площадь - это привелегия для резидентов.
