A few issues came up the longer we stayed. Our towels never got dry, even though the air conditioner was running well. The cleaning team came just to change out the trash. We never got new towels. They didn’t do the usual cleaning you would get in any other hotel. They clean the floors after 4 days of your stay, which lets you walk in the dirt from your shoes since the rooms are very small. The general hotel floor was extremely dirty. Overall the cleaning could have been WAY better since there were so many people from the cleaning staff running around.
Half of the bathroom was wet after one short shower since the shower didn’t had any door (which you couldn’t view in any of the pictures).
There were no good surfaces to place your belongings, it all had to be put on the floor.
We had yellow liquid dripping from the bathroom ceiling, no idea what that was. Overall the room wasn’t the cleanest to begin with.
If you have asthma, we wouldn’t recommend this hotel since there are no windows, the air conditioning will not help you at all.

Room very small, no hairdryer, no shelves to put items, very hot, and no extractor fan in shower so everything got wet and slippery, shower got the floor wet also in bathroom as no tray or barrier to stop the water

Nothing in the room other than beds and bathroom. No coffee/tea. No hairdryer. No iron/ironing board. No glass at the side of the sink. It didn't bother us at all but you will hear the underground! When turning the Aircon on it blew a smell of stale air, similar to the underground, through the room. It was either that, or melt. It wasn't obvious if there were stairs that could be used instead of the lift. With everything noted, to stay elsewhere in this area for 2 nights would have meant at least another £100 per night from what I could see. Hard to complain if you're looking for budget. We used the place to sleep and for that, it's fine.

Casi me muero cuando llegue y me di cuenta que iba a tener que dormir en un lugar sin ventanas 5 pisos bajo tierra. El encierro y el olor espantoso en todos los pasillos fue horrible. Tanto mi pareja como yo la pasamos mal. Jamas hubiéremos elegido este lugar de saber de que se trataba. No teniamos tiempo ni energia de salir a buscar otro lugar en londres pero ambos pensamos por un momento en hacerlo. Desde el minuto 1 que llegamos el trato que recibimos fue puramente comercial y a cada cosa que preguntamos todo tenia un costo extra. Llegamos 14.30, preguntamos si podiamos entrar y nos dijeron que la entrada era a las 15 y si queriamos entrar teniamos que pagar un monto extra elevado. No nos sentimos bien tratados como huespedes. Sino como clientes de servicios. somos turistas en plan de disfrute y no recibimos el trato para sentirnos bien acogidos con ningun gesto de cortesía.

Hotelul oferă cazare subterană la -5 și condițiile de cazare sunt departe de un hotel normal. Nu se poate respira, senzație de claustrofobie. Lipsa de empatie a personalului pentru nevoile clientului.

Het enige wat beter kan: is de douche zo aanpassen dat het water niet de hele badkamer nat maakt.
