Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut. Gleich bei der Underground. Personal war sofort da, wenn man etwas gebraucht hat.

Cons:

Die Dusche ist so gebaut (und ohne Tür) dass das ganze Badezimmer nass ist. Es gibt überhaupt keinen Platz für Kleidung. Zwei Hacken, sonst gar keine Fächer oder Platz am Boden oder sonst etwas. Matratze sehr weich.

Pros:

Just a few minutes from the tube

Cons:

Close to the tube so hear the tube 😆... reception did give me ear plugs though which did help.

Not bad for the price, could be better
Pros:

Location was good for travelling, room was clean and functional

Cons:

Rooms aren't as soundproof as others, could hear people making noise. Also you could hear the tube trains every 3 mins until midnight

Extremely claustrophobic, only suitable for one night stay. Would not return
Pros:

No Breakfast too expensive

Cons:

No wardrobes or shelving in room to store clothes. Your partner has to climb over you to get out of the bed. Bed is against the wall on one side. Rooms are tiny. Room is only cleaned complimentary on fourth day of stay. You have to leave your room at 10am or pay 15 pounds per bag to leave at 12. Shower was clean and bed was clean. No tv.

לא אהבנו, לא נשארנו, בכלל לא תאם את הציפייה שלנו. זאת היתה מרמה .
ביקשנו חדר קומה גבוהה עם חלון . קיבלנו חדר מתחת לקרקע ללא אויר.
לא הסכמנו להתארח.
בשיחה עם בוקינג מהמקום - שלחו אותנו ליעד אחר שתאם לדרישות שלנו .
אבל-------- המלון לא מסכים לא לנו ולא דרך בוקינג לבצע החזר כספי
לא התארחנו במלון - כי הוא לא תאם לדרישה שלנון. אנחנו בהתכתבויות מול המלון - לא מקבלים תשובות או מענה חוץ מבוט.
העובד בקבלה היה חצוף יהיר ולא אדיב. הוא ידע שההזמנה שלנו לא תואמת למלון ולחדר שהציעו לנו

1. לא לקחת כסף אם לא ניתן לספק את התמורה!
2. אם נעשתה טעות יש לתת החזר
