The hotel's "cocoon" concept looks great in ads and photos, but the actual execution was terrible.
* Sound Isolation & Environment: There is almost zero soundproofing. You hear the rumble of trains passing on the tube line, every sound from the hallway and neighboring rooms, and very loud water pipes every time another room uses the toilet. The room is also extremely humid—towels never dried, the bed linens felt wet to the touch, and there were visible traces of mold in the shower.
* Cleanliness: The room was poorly cleaned. There was noticeable dust and stray hair left in the corners, as well as trash sitting underneath the mattress.
* Check-in Experience: The staff was consistently unfriendly. We had booked an early check-in, but when we arrived (past our scheduled early check-in time), the receptionist didn't even greet us. He immediately dismissed us, said we were too early, and told us to wait. It took considerable effort just to get him to actually listen to us and check the reservation. We paid for both booked extras—early check-in and late check-out—at the desk.
* Late Check-out Ordeal:
* The day before departure, I received an automated WhatsApp message stating we had to check out at the standard time and offering to sell us late check-out. I checked the customer portal, and the late check-out we had already paid for was not listed.
* When I brought this to the reception desk, they initially brushed it off as a "standard message" to ignore. Only after I showed them the portal did the staff member click a few buttons on their PC and unfriendlily say it was fixed. The portal then finally displayed the 12:00 check-out.
* The next morning, returning from breakfast around 11:00 AM, our keycards had already stopped working. When we went to the desk to remind them about our late check-out, the staff silently reprogrammed new cards.

es subterráneo y no huele bien

Chambre inconfortable : vibration dans la chambre lors des passages du métro (toutes les 5 minutes), matelas posé au sol et très désagréable pour le dos, salle de douche avec toilettes et tout minuscule lavabo dans l'ensemble plutôt sale.

Odore PESSIMO nei corridoi ma sopratutto nella stanza. C’era odore di fogna!! Appena rientrati da fuori era insopportabile ed ho dovuto tenere aperta la porta qualche minuto.
Stanza non pulita quotidianamente.
Essendo un hotel sotterraneo gli scarichi del wc sono come quelli degli aerei, molto molto rumorosi.
Stanza molto piccola, senza punti per appoggiare valigie o zaini.

The sound of the underground every 5 minutes, the humidity, and the heat made it very difficult to sleep. Humidity triggers my allergies, and I found it hard to breathe at night. There is no ventilation in the bathroom, which makes the room stay very humid. The AC was broken, so I couldn’t lower the temperature. Since the room is underground, the heat feels much stronger and the room gets very uncomfortable.

le personnel n’est pas aimable du tout, ne donne aucune information. L’odeur dans l’entièreté de l’hôtel est insupportable, ça sent littéralement l’égout.

Wir waren 2 Stunden vor dem Check in im Hotel und wollten unser Gepäck abstellen. Das Hotel hat für jedes einzelne Stück 15£ verlangt bei Rucksack und Koffer pro Person 30£. Oder man kann sich für einen früheren Check in für 50£ entscheiden. Es war sehr frech!! Vor allem da keine frühzeitige Infos darüber bekannt waren!
Im Hotel und den Gängen roch es extrem nach künstlichen Düften.

The room its self was fine, but the bathroom was not clean. The tiles in the shower were visibly dirty with mold and hair from previous occupations on the wall and coming out of the drain. Bathroom floor was visibly dirty with what seemed like drops blood on the floor too. No phone to ring reception to request for it to be cleaned and every time we went to the lobby, it was so busy it was impossible to say it to the staff. At checkout, overheard other guests having the same issue with bathroom cleanliness.

promoted ‘peace and quiet’ yet you could constantly hear the tram’s every couple of minutes, toilet flushed very loud like an airplane toilet, the sink would make a loud creaky noise and could hear other residents using toilet and speaking. room was very very small, no where to put luggage and cost a lot to store luggage when checked out of hotel. lift operated was slow and would take ages to get to where you needed to go.

Camera minimal senza alcun mobile per appoggiare o mettere i vestiti e la trousse del bagno. Pulizia giornaliera non effettuata e dopo 3 giorni gli asciugamani e il bagno potevano essere cambiati e lavati. Doccia spruzza acqua ovunque.

Si el objetivo es dormir, descansar en una habitación con baño es lo tuyo. No tiene ventanas y me he alojado en la planta -5. En la planta -4 tenía la recepción junto a una gran sala con un sofá, tres mesas grandes, sillas y butacas que funciona como sala común. Y el acceso a más habitaciones de la planta.
