Room was very dirty, dusty, and not cleaned to a good standard. Very noisy from squeaky pipes when running taps or using shower.

The additional costs - £15 to leave your case - usually this is free and a bit ridiculous given the price you are already paying for a hole in the ground.

No shelve or anywhere to hang anything. Ample space for a chair or some additional furniture other than the bed. Can hear the underground - very loud + vibrations. Didn’t bother me in the evening but we were both awake from 5.00am onwards when the morning service started. And it was constant!

Room size - 4 people and nowhere to store luggage. Beds very awkward to get in and out although they were comfy. Have stayed in the Piccadilly Zedwell and their rooms have a small bench for keeping luggage and such tidy and bed placement is far better. This beach of the hotel seems smaller for the rooms in comparison. Hotel also noisy from the underground more than what I expected. Hotel had a damp feel about it both in the rooms and in the corridors. Arrived an hour early and asked if possible to check in. Was told the charge would be £40 which is the same charge if you arrived at 12pm which is ridiculous, needs to be relevant to how much earlier you are wanting to check in. Staff admitted our room was ready so we had to wait needlessly, not very customer friendly.

The fact that it was underground was a bit scary cause there’s no windows

De kamers zijn erg klein. Dat is vooraf bekend, maar in de praktijk vonden wij de ruimte onvoldoende voor zelfs twee personen met twee koffers. Meer dan een rugzak is eigenlijk niet passend. De metrogeluiden waar in eerdere reviews over wordt gesproken, vielen ons mee. Wel maakten het toilet en de douche relatief veel lawaai.

Daarnaast vonden wij het personeel niet erg gastvrij. De dame bij het inchecken was uitermate ongeïnteresseerd. Op de dag van vertrek stond de schoonmaker al in de kamer vóór de officiële uitchecktijd en onze kamersleutels waren eveneens al vóór uitchecktijd geblokkeerd. Dit gaf ons het gevoel dat we werden opgejaagd om te vertrekken.

Es handelt sich um ein Hotel, dass sich im Untergrund befindet, wir waren in Ebene -5 und haben die U-Bahn so gut wie gar nicht gehört. Jedoch waren die Leitungen sehr massiv zu hören, durch die das Wasser fließt. Der Wasserhahn hat nach jeder Benutzung zusätzlich noch mal laute Geräusche gemacht. Auch nachts konnte man nicht so gut schlafen, da die Lüftung relativ laut war und es immer wieder zu lauten Geräuschen kam.
Wie auch andere schon geschrieben haben, ist nach dem duschen der ganze Boden nass. Es gibt lediglich auch nur zwei große Handtücher und ein Boden Handtuch. Für zwei Personen ist das ziemlich wenig.
Abstellmöglichkeiten gibt es keine außer den Boden.
Im Zimmer selbst ist es extrem staubig, obwohl dort kein Teppichboden vorhanden ist.
Die Matratze ist mit einem Leintuch bedeckt, wobei dieses ständig verrutscht.
Im ganzen Gang riecht es meiner Meinung nach sehr merkwürdig und der Teppichboden draußen ist sehr schmutzig.

Le seul petit point à améliorer serait l’ajout d’une chaise ou d’un siège dans la chambre, afin de pouvoir s’asseoir plus confortablement. À part cela, tout était très bien.
