School Lane Hotel in Liverpool ONE

Clean, bare bones room, with no view, that is very walkable, because it is in a pedestrian only area. It was more expensive than it should’ve been for what it was. But the service was very good, the continental breakfast was good and had Travel options if you were on the go.

Not easy to find due to pedestrian only location but excellent location in the city centre for seeing Liverpool’s attractions. Breakfast could/should be improved. Apart from the above everything was excellent.

The bed was comfy, the room was really nice, the whole building was clean and felt safe, the staff was helpful and so kind. The location was ideal!

Great location, parking was nearby and hotel gave a discount. Staff were lovely. Very clean. Free pastries and coffee in the morning. Highly recommended.

Hotel was really good ideal location room was great. Shower plug hole blocked which overflow bathroom had to clean myself apart from that great hotel

Amazing hotel,we loved the room we were in.room temperature was perfect,beds very comfortable, immaculately clean.staff on reception are the elite of hospitality.They are so helpful,polite and very easy to engage with.we'll definitely be back on a regular basis.thankyou so much.

Centrally located connect to Liverpool One - a perfect quiet location for a stay - this hotel is sooo good the temptation is to give it a low score so that it is always available when you want to stay - the best hotel I have stayed in Liverpool at out of about 10 including Hilton, Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza.

Fabulous. Right in the centre. So quiet and peaceful. Complimentary breakfast unexpected and a nice touch. In a pedestrianised area so a couple of minutes walk from any vehicle drop off point. Not an issue at all.

This is my 2nd time at this hotel, two adults and two kids. It was wonderful both times. Great location and I love the interiors.

Really difficult to find due to road layout. Great value for money that was lost due to parking costs. Breakfast is tea, coffee and pastries, not overly exciting but plentiful.

Very well located, just next to Liverpool One shopping mall. The main door is a bit difficult to find at the first place and the door is not very sensitive after pressing the button. But after checking in, we just use our room card to get access to the main door and it is better. Room is big, warm pastry for breakfast is tasty. All in all it's a very central location if you want to explore the city centre of Liverpool. I enjoyed my stay and travel in here very much!

Warm welcome, staff are lovely, great location and the room was super clean and comfortable. Shower is great and complimentary pastries and hot drinks at breakfast appreciated. We have stayed here many times and look forward to returning.
