Pros:

The history, the building, the quality of the room, the location are all excellent

Cons:

Some hotel staff members are not at the required level for supposably one of the best hotels in London.

The breakfast dining room is as beautiful as a painting however the breakfast its self needs improvement. The open buffet is very limited.
