Best hotel in Oxford
Pros:

Everything. I loved this hotel. The staff were lovely, the room was beautiful with a very comfortable bed. Even the little cans of soda in the fridge were a nice touch. Little details just made this hotel a fantastic stay.

It was good overall

Pros:

Hotel was so easy to find, central of the show and the shops. Bedroom was super comfy, shower was amazing, view was great. The staff were all amazing very pleasant 5* stars for the staff, I didn't get the young woman's name but from she took our bags until check out she was so helpful, she recommended so much to do on the map and we did it all, and was very interested in our concert (Blue) she was so kind to deal with :) highly recommend this hotel

Location & View perfect, otherwise a scam of money

I loved the view from 502 & the softness of the bed

Cons:

The shower was broken, lights outside were broken, sink tap was broken, TV was broken.. etc.

For almost 2,000£ for 4 nights, i would expect those to be sorted.

I'm disabled and the rooms are tiny so i wanted to have 1 ice cream cone downstairs at the dead of night like 1am — no customers at their bar/relax area. We got told off to leave rudely with her reiterating we should have known.

If I'm paying 2k for a cardboard box sized room, I would like somewhere to eat ice cream without standing.

Le restaurant devrait priotairement être pour les clients de l hôtel. Attente longue pour avoir une table pour dîner
Le hall qui est aussi l accueil du restaurant et du bar est de ce fait bruyant et fait un peu hall de gare. Il faudrait vraiment une entrée plus spécifique pour le restaurant. C est la cas mais ça reste quand même très bruyant avec beaucoup de monde assis dans les canapés

Pros:

Centrally located and a very lovely facility. Great breakfast. View from rooftop lounge is spectacular.

Cons:

Parking in central Oxford is not available. We had to leave our rental car with family outside of the central area. That said, Oxford is a very walkable city. Best plan to arrive by bus or train or be dropped off by private car.

Wonderful location with excellent decor and service.
Pros:

The location was terrific, the decor was top notch, the service was great and the room was excellant. I would highoy recommend.

Cons:

The sink has a very low faucet and its difficult to use. Also, the drain inn the sink was very slow and backed up easily.

Not great value for money, not suitable for solo female travellers - clean and pleasant room though
Pros:

Great location, very modern and clean building.

Cons:

The room had no physical way of locking the door from the inside (chain/deadbolt etc), which I thought was standard in all hotels. When I raised this with staff they told me that there was no need for concern as the floor/room required a key card, and they would not give one to anyone else. I did not find this reassuring as mistakes do happen, and obviously staff have access. Especially in light of the Travelodge incident in the news at the moment I would strongly encourage the hotel to add physical internal locks. Until this is done, I would not recommend this hotel for solo travellers (especially women).

Wifi was practically non-functional, which as there is no phone signal makes this not really suitable for a work trip.
