The staff super professional.
The rooms are a bit tight but otherwise well designed. The fire doors are making some noise.
Breakfast concept not very relaxing if you have to ask for admission 7 mins before the breakfast ends.

It was my fifth times staying at The Store. The location is phenomenal. Whether attending at SAID Business School or a ceremony at the Sheldonian, the location is unmatched. It meets the standards of the better-known chains but with that boutique intimacy.
Our initial room smelt damp but the management acted quickly and moved us to a better room.

The bathroom sinks are modern and beautiful but not very functional
The location was excellent but for the cost, the overall experience was pretty bad.
Staff seemed inexperienced and did not deliver an experience at the level of the price tag at all
Being on the Broad Street was awesome. It was close to historical sites and great pubs. Also good food options close by.
TV didn't work, but this was outside of the staffs ability to rectify so in exchange staff gave us free breakfast. Bathroom was good with great water pressure.
The latte was good.
Continental breakfast does not compare favorably with other hotels of this caliber. Not much choice. Mediocre quality.
Pancakes were unappealing and tasteless and served barely warm.
Dinner was a real disappointment--Chicken Kiev was not very authentic or flavorful. And I'm not sure serving the chicken on a bed of creamed corn was a brilliant idea--visually unappealing and not flavorful.

It’s very well-situated. The staff are just lovely - they are friendly, helpful and welcoming and full of knowledge. They couldn’t be better. Breakfast was delicious.
The room has lovely modern furnishings but it hasn’t got any drawers to put clothes in, just one small shelf. There’s a long desk that could easily fit a chest of drawers underneath it. The ironing board didn’t fit in the wardrobe properly and I had to ask the staff to remove it.
