Staff were phenomenal, housekeeping team, doorman and receptionists. Spa staff were lovely too. Our room key didn’t work

Short getaway which we stepped up by booking a great hotel in a central location.
Pros:

Lovely old building which continued internally with the layout and impressive rooms. Accomodation was lovely, breakfast was well presented and well enjoyed. We also chose to use the Spa facilities which were comfortable and relaxing.
