Nice hotel and facilities, great bar and restaurant, pancake machine was a bonus at breakfast. Room was too hot though with no air con, very uncomfortable but a fan was provided

There was always someone on the reception desk to help with any enquiries. The staff were all very helpful and understanding, and there was plenty of car parking spaces. It would be more than a ten minute walk to the town, but we had a lovely stress free time due to excellent accommodation. OH!!!! and the food was excellent.

Our stay as a family of 4 (4yr & 5yr old) at the Burrendale was amazing from the outset. The welcome by hotel reception staff was the friendliest we hace received, the superior family rooms were great with the triple bunk configuration. Had gorgeous meal that night, and lovely breakfast the next morning, with the kids being SO excited about the pancake making machine, brilliant. We literally spent hours in the pool, again friendly staff and clean changing rooms. Pool temperature great for kids, and the baby pool was effectively a childs hottub- so hot and bubbles!!! Overall amazing stay, just wish it had been longer.

Staff so friendly facilities were class and having tollymore on your doorstep was amazing . Would definitely come back in a heartbeat

Hotel was very comfortable, the rooms had been modernised and it was very clean with walk in showers and comfy beds, fresh carpets. USB ports by the beds, basic tea/coffee. No fridge but this can be requested. No bathrobes but again once requested they were sent to room.
The breakfast did lack a selection of fresh fruit to choose from and had a small range of bread, the hot items were only luke warm.
Staff were all really friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely with a big hot tub but big lack of seating or loungers to relax on in between dips. The gym was very big with plenty of equipment. Some items were showing signs of wear and needed replaced or repair.
Overall we had a good stay. A comfortable place with good dining and music entertainment in the evenings. There was an outdoor area but it wasn’t set up as still chilly.

Rooms were every spacious

We stayed in the family room and it was brilliant! We had so much space even though there were 5 of us in it. The kids absolutely loved the bunk bed! The pool was great especially the baby pool as it was lovely and warm for the baby. Breakfast was super, and staff very friendly. Would highly recommend

Pictures are nothing like the hotel in real life especially the pool. Screaming children and overcrowded. Sauna and steam room in same room as pool which didn’t help. Pool was much smaller than the pictures.

Such a lovely family hotel with a very relaxing atmosphere

We had a one night stay for my husband's birthday. Very pleasant. Lovely clean, well kept room. Staff were lovely, courteous and friendly. Couldn't have asked for more.
