The check in was easy; the linens were quality; the breakfast was excellent; the staff were friendly; the complementary coffee/tea service was good; the room was quite small but everything worked properly and the lightening was good.

Excellent service, attention and staff is just really attentive. Great location, very close to station which takes one to waterloo in 40 min. Super recommend!! Will definitely be staying again!!

Very helpful staff and very conveniently placed to access Hampton Court Palace. Please be aware parking is very limited and some rooms are up 2 flights of stairs.

We arrived early and was greeted by a lovely young man on reception. Super friendly and polite. Room was spotless and has everything in we needed. Great location for Hampton Court Palace. Breakfast cooked to order and very tasty. All members of the team were incredibly helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely property. Small room beautifully decorated. Updated bathroom. Our room had a very small window with only a fan to cool. This would have been a problem if temps had been warm but they weren’t when we stayed at the beginning of September. Amenities in room - complimentary tea and coffee and wine, beer, liquor for purchase offered good selection. Breakfast included was generous and very tasty. Hotel within walking distance to traditional English pub/restaurant, excellent Italian restaurant, Hampton Court Palace and Royal park

I really liked my stay at The Kings Arms. i got a really nice friendly welcome from the staff. I stayed in room 7 which was cosy and comfortable. I had the fish and chips with mushy peas and homemade tartar sauce, it was huge, such a big meal that i could not finish it as got full easily. It was lovely and i highly recommend it. It was my birthday and i was given a surprise lovely dessert with Happy Birthday on it from Gertie and a glass of wine from Diana. The staff are lovely and friendly and helpful. I loved the breakfast, there is a great selection that you can help yourself to such as cereals, brown & white bread for toast and a great selection of jams, marmalade, honey and nutella. The cooked breakfast was absolutely fantastic, perfect poached egg, delicious.

It is a great place to stay. Loved the staff. Very clean and the food was fabulous. Loved being there.
The only down side is there was no lift and no AC.

Room was compact but it was fine. The in-house food was better than most . Only draw back was the air freshener . It was over powering for a small room. Initially I thought was fresh paint .

I was really disappointed in this hotel. The room was tired with big stains on the carpet. Not what I expect from a hotel that costs over £200 a night. When we arrived all the tables from the bar had been removed for a wedding so we couldn't sit and have drink as planned. The music from the wedding was extremely loud and even made hearing the TV in our room difficult. It went on to 11pm but the drunken shouting from the wedding guests went on to well past midnight. Along with the smell of cigarette smoke that came through our windows which we had to keep open because of the heat. Parking at this hotel is difficult as they only have 5 spaces. Made even more difficult as one of the spaces for hotel guests was taken up by the van of the DJ from the wedding. Guests should be informed in advance if the venue has a wedding booked as it completely changes the feel and offering of the venue. I was really looking forward to a nice stay but left I feeling very let down and ripped off

From check-in to check-out we were spoiled, and being greeted by Afia was an honor. She went above and beyond. Seriously will come back to this hotel.

Kind Arms is a fabulous little hotel situated over a pub/restaurant. Well situated nearby to Hampton Court Palace. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had The Hampton Suite.which was really pristinely clean, well decorated and really comfortable, even the adult-sized bunk beds!! All linen amd towels were very clean. The bathroom is gorgeous with a deep bath amd amazing shower, and again, pristinely clean. Breakfast included in the.price and was delicious, with a vegan/vegetarian option. I highly recommed this lovely hotel

We had a fantastic couple of nights in this lovely small hotel. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. It had a great atmosphere, good food and great location,
The rooms are cosy but well appointed .

The hotel is excellent and the staff are very welcoming and helpful, I would recommend this hotel to anyone, we will definitely be returning.

Doors banging until 1am, transport and telephone noise kept me awake most of night. Door banging transferred to bed so sleep is impossible until 2-3am. Never stay here again
