Nous avons passé un super séjour, merci au personnel.
Pros:

L’accueil, nous avons pu déposer nos bagages à l’avance.
La propreté, le personnel qui on su répondre à nos besoins.

Cons:

Les lits un peu dur mais cela dépend des préférences de chacun.
Nous avons dû demander des serviette de bain en plus, qui nous on été donné tout de suite.

Awesome. Would do again but not the breakfast😂
Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff. Even the cleaning lady was helpful and nice. 10/10.

The breakfast wasn’t very good. No other options but continental.

Pros:

Appartement agréable pour 4 personnes
Idéal car 2 chambres séparées, cuisine totalement équipée.
Pleins de commerces dans la rue
Pas très loin de la sortie de la ligne Elisabeth Line (alors oui excentré du Centre de Londres mais très facilement joignable avec les transports)
Très bon rapport qualité prix
Personnel accueillant

Cons:

VMC qui tourne en continu mais ce n'est qu'un détail

Pros:

The staff at reception were nice.
The rooms were big enough.

Cons:

The smoke alarm just started in the middle of the night for no reason apparently and startled me, couldn't sleep afterwards.
Hygiene is not ideal. My sheet didn't smell but they were stained, the corners were very dusty.
To have an iron and a hairdryer you had to go pick them up from reception.

How central the place was

the size of the rooms were very small for two people and there were no wash rags
