It was excellent in all aspects.Friendly welcoming and cooperative staff
Pros:

Wonderful service by Mr Kalam that helped me with the check in and was very nice and welcoming!

For the price paid, my expectations were not very high, but I would happily stay there again.
Pros:

Very near Ilford Station, staff friendly and helpful, room small but adequate, exceptionally clean, constant very hot water. Kettle, tea, coffee, biscuits, toiletries provided, breakfast unexpected but cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, toast, coffee, croissants, more than adequate and constantly replenished.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind.

Czysta łazienka, codziennie uzupełniano środki czystości(papier toaletowy, żel pod prysznic), codziennie świeże ręczniki. W cenie noclegu małe śniadanko - 4 rodzaje płatków śniadaniowych, dżem, 3 rodzaje pieczywa rogaliki i chleb tostowy, ser do tostów,, mleko i alpro, kawa, herbata, 2 smaki jogurtów. Jak dla mnie wystarczająco na rozpoczęcie dnia. 100 metrów od hotelu polski sklep i rodzime produkty

Personál veľmi milý, v izbách bolo čisto, poloha hotela veľmi dobrá, blízko metro, bus.
Pros:

Milé prekvapenie od hotela boli raňajky zdarma, čo nás veľmi potešilo. K dispozícii bolo ovocie, jogurty, kava, čaj.....úplne postačujúce, výborné.

Pros:

Fantastic location, close to train station for Elizabeth Line 20 mins into London. Close to Valentines Park for the Parkrun.

Cons:

The beds were a little hard and the duvets were very thin. Also we were in a room on the right side of the hotel, there was a loud noise coming from outside down below like a boiler room or something which was very loud and vibrated the room.
