Comfortable stay with excellent staff and a convenient location—highly recommended.
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the location was convenient. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help, making our stay enjoyable.

Cons:

Overall, everything was good. The breakfast could offer a little more variety, but it was still enjoyable.

Disappointing
Pros:

The bed was firm and the AC worked well. The Hans Grohe shower fixtures are good.

Cons:

The carpet was filthy, there was a disgusting surprise left by a previous guest the cleaners either missed or it happened after cleaning. Could also be the room wasn't cleaned at all. The carpet needs replacing. The walls need repainting, sheets had stains. It was way overpriced for the location and cleanliness. They advertised a king bed but had just shoved together two twins (that's not king size, btw). The breakfast was pastries bought off the shelf at a grocery store. Nice selection of milks. Breakfast is in a basement room with a small window near the ceiling.

Dirty - no refund offered - bureaucratic process with bookings.com
Pros:

Initially promising

Cons:

Dirty room, dust on skirting, grooves in walls, some surfaces, room not hoovered - dirt and large particles on floor, textured stains on walls and bed of different colours, rust on radiator, no upkeep, security deposit requested despite rooms needing upkeep where previous security deposits should have been used for reinvestment.
Staff not supportive or understanding. Only other room offered was as dirty and had a foul odour.

A bit more thorough with the cleaning, and the ambience on your way to the rooms needs more care...

Relaxing
Pros:

The whole place was emasculate was at first disappointed as location was hard to park. But on entering wow everything was unexpected the best quality and comfort money could buy. Will be back next time I’m back from Ireland. Keep it up.

Valie for money hotel that is clean and in a great location
Pros:

Location was great. Property is relatively new I guess and it was pretty clean. The service was good. Breakfast was provided.

Cons:

Nothing much. Seating arrangements in the breakfast area could be better.
No parking.
