Pros:

Exceptional Staff on Reception and very helpful Housekeepers. Very good Security systems, as an Aged Singleton I always feel Safe here. Had a slight issue with Fridge not working . Within 15mins of informing , a Replacement was provided.

Cons:

Very Little to dislike ....Definitely the Best Place to stay in Ilford .

Muito confortante.
Pros:

Gostei muito da parte da localização, tem de tudo o que se precisa, comida, lojas comerciais, transportes etc.
Para o centro de Londres demora se uns 15/20m de metro que tem lá ao lado.
Os funcionários sempre a tentar ajudar. Todos os dias trocavam as toalhas e os lixos e o quarto estava sempre limpo.
Adorei a minha estadia.

Cons:

Se tivesse que dizer algo que não gostei era só da parte da Netflix que prometiam ter, mas no quarto onde fiquei a TV não tinha essa opção.

Pros:

Pleasent staff,very helpful ,lift accessibility ,clean bathroom.and room. It was good as a 3 star and I would stay here again as very convenient to local shops,train stations and local buses. Should give give breakfast.

Cons:

The room was a bit funny, smelled, and mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. Theduvet could have been more cosy/soft. Tea cups need to be a bit big, size.the hotel should have an in-house laundry facility as I stayed here for 2 weeks for work and could have done laundry instead of outside.

A simpatia dos funcionários. Muito prestáveis e como cortesia oferecem ainda o pequeno-almoço.
Boa televisão e tudo muito limpinho.

Cons:

O colchão da cama era muito duro e as almofadas muito baixas. Na zona do pequeno almoço havia pessoas descalças, não por culpa dos funcionários do hotel, mas talvez devesse de haver algum controlo sobre isso.

Consigliabile se non avete alti standard di pulizia.
Pros:

L'albergo o nuovo o completamente ristrutturato di recente internamente: rispetto a tanti altri posti di cui ho visto le foto, non è poco.
La doccia è spaziosa e comodissima.
La colazione è inclusa e non mi pareva fosse indicato in prenotazione, quindi è stata una piacevole sorpresa anche se molto basica, a base di prodotti confezionati.
Il quartiere è pienissimo di ristoranti, quasi tutti etnici, il che permette di mangiare molto bene spendendo molto poco.

Cons:

Pulizia scarsa. Un giorno non ci hanno proprio rifatto la camera per dimenticanza. L'ho fatto presente e non hanno nemmeno rimediato decentemente, ho dovuto chiedere io di passare l'aspirapolvere perché la loro risposta era che tanto la camera era pulita. E comunque con l'occasione poteva almeno rifare i letti, che invece mi sono rifatta da sola. Almeno in albergo uno vorrebbe trovare una stanza accogliente dopo essere stato tutto il giorno fuori...altrimenti prende un appartamento.
Inoltre avevamo chiesto preferibilmente un letto matrimoniale ma non ci hanno accontentato, eppure mi sembrava ci fossero molte camere disponibili, l'albergo non sembrava pieno.
La posizione è periferica, ma ben collegata con Elizabeth Line. Purtroppo proprio in questo weekend la linea era chiusa in quel tratto per lavori programmati, e gli spostamenti sono diventati lunghissimi. Siamo stati molto sfortunati.
