Clean,cosy, fantastic
Pros:

So clean so modern, had everything we needed and loads of cereal options!

Cons:

Construction nearby but that’s not the properties fault! Place was spotless clean and everything smelled lovely

Pros:

Clean, microwave, crockery & cutlery, kettle.
Big enough for 3 adults sharing.
Ability to open the window.
Keyless, secure entry.
Good shower temp & pressure.
Quiet area.

Cons:

Mattresses - all 3 dipped in the middle.
There wasn't a bedside light with each bed.
No PowerPoint near 3rd single bed.

Pros:

Very clean and tidy, lots of extras provided for guests in case they needed them, such as phone chargers, plus fruit and breakfast cereals. Area was quiet and safe, easy to walk to city centre and docks in 15 mins.

Cons:

The bed sheets and pillows were full of hair and dusts. The bathroom smelled like shit. However, the staff came over to our room from his house at 11pm and changed all our sheets and pillows. Wished it was clean from the beginning.

Welcoming, helpful and a lovely hotel to stay for value for money
Pros:

Everything!!! Although the rooms are not very big, there was plenty enough for what you needed. They are well equipped, clean and modern. I will definitely be visiting again. The complimentary snacks and breakfast were very welcome as we had an early checkout the next morning. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Hidden gem just a short walk from city centre
Pros:

Fantastic place to stay. We booked a double room which was large with a big comfortable bed, the shower was also great. Although the room is at lower ground level there was a window at street level providing natural light and air. We also liked the selection of complimentary snacks in the lobby which included mini packs of cereals and fresh milk, so while there is no served breakfast meal you don't have to leave on an empty stomach. The keycode access thing worked well and we did briefly meet a member of staff one morning who was really nice. Would absolutely stay here again.

Cons:

Even with the address it was a bit hard to find. maybe put a bigger sign up outside?

Emplacement idéal, accès rapide au centre de Liverpool a pied. Très calme et très bien equipé et petit plus sur les petits attentions mises à disposition par le propriétaire des lieux

Very happy, would stay again!
Pros:

Very happy with our stay, rooms were great. I was a bit apprehensive before checking in as there was not much information about it online and we were travelling from abroad but I was very happy with our stay.

Check in was automic as there is no receptionist on the premises. Codes were sent on in plenty of time and we had no issues using the codes.

Overall a great stay and the location was within walking distance of the centre of town.

Cons:

This place wasn't open. No answer to telephone calls. I had to book a different hotel at the last minute. It was only when I went to work after my stay that I realised that I had received a message but I had no access to my work emails, so I didn't have the code to get in. Also, the place was a real construction site with scaffolding everywhere and no sign of life.
