Modern beautifully decorated
The room was very hot and didn’t sleep told them twice about the ac not working there tried to sort it I even phoned reception and he came up to room to check and he even said it was hot and there’s not even a window to open even tho there’s 3 windows. I finally got some little sleep but was too tired to even make breakfast I payed to have.
The bed was comfortable and the staff were lovely
Very far from train stations, the light switches were very confusing, no main light in the room, very dusty, air con barely worked
They made us feel very special.
That the roof top bar wasn’t open. That was disappointing especially as it was the summer.
Location
Rooms were dark with bad light, windows were dirty which didn’t help with the light. Appreciate that unavoidable works were going on at the building over the road, our view was scaffold from dirty windows. We didn’t get the club deluxe room shown on the picture.
