Comfortable, clean rooms - restaurant not to be missed!
Pros:

Location was brilliant, and there was lots going on nearby. Lots of restaurants and bars and just a short walk from Piccadilly Station. The rooms were really comfortable and clean. Restaurant inside the hotel serves fantastic food, I wouldn't bother going anywhere else :-)

Cons:

Breakfast in the morning fell short for me, usually there is hot and cold food on offer when you pay for it with the room, but there seemed to be just cold laid out with hot food on a menu - I'm not sure whether that was included or not, the staff didn't mention what had been paid for with the room, it was all a little unclear. If it wasn't included, then the price is is too high.

Pros:

The room and the shower. The receptionists. In special Colleen Brown.

Cons:

Everything. No noise. Everything was perfect. Just the water needs to be sealed not opened.

We had a great time and loved Manchester.
Pros:

Great location and very quiet.

Cons:

Could not get in to the room at 3, but at least we could leave our bag.
Fridge did not work.
It would have been good to have information in the the room about the facilities and a menu for the restaurant and bar.

First Malmaison Experience
Pros:

Central location, 20 minutes walk from Piccadilly, opposite Albert Square. Room was compact and functional with some seating and and coffee/tea making facilities. Great bathroom with a nice powerful shower. Slept really well, I was on the 5th floor and I couldn't hear anything from the outside - Blackout curtains did their job well!
