Perfect few days, felt at home, nothing was too much trouble
Pros:

Very clean, spacious rooms. Beds made/changed and tea and coffee facilities renewed daily. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful!

A perfect bolt hole for a clean bed, decent meal and courteous staff.

It's in a convenient position for the places I need to be when in the area.

The hotel is in a convenient position and good value for money. The staff are courteous and have pride in their work and hotel. So there is nothing I don't like.

all in all it is good
Cons:

says there is a hair dryer/ blower but i did not see anything.
also, not sure if they provide room service for meals or snacks or drinks.
sometimes i prefer to stay and rest in my room and is dont like to go out to bar or dining area.
so room service for this will be nice if they have one.
i ordered outside food delivery, but i didn't realised they are not allowed to delivery in specific room and i have to get out to reception to grab my food and im really tired to go out in the reception, but what to do? staffs did not even offer to bring it to room if they dont want deliveries to deliver to room.
shower keeps dripping in the middle of the night,
not sure why.

Everything else is spot on except that there are no lifts and carrying bags upstairs when you have travelled far its a bit of a bother

Nice size room . Comfortable bed. Just the same as a travel logde , but cheaper. Nice friendly staff.
