Pros:

Helpful staff, excellent breakfast, comfortable room,. Would stay again if in the area.

Cons:

Comfortable room, but felt a little jaded. The hotel is being renovated, so I assume accommodation will be upgraded accordingly.

Pros:

It is in a great location and the staff are friendly and it is dog friendly which is a bonus, the breakfast was ok with plenty to choose from.

Cons:

The beds were a bit uncomfortable due to the mattress being a bit soft but after speaking with reception they said the rooms are getting refurbished bit by bit and new mattresses are part of the refurbishment also they are getting a new bar and restaurant so there is a bit of upheaval at the moment .

Helpful when the booking wasn’t showing that I was staying with a pet even though I stated this when booking and had confirmed this by phone.

Relaxing and functional at a fab price
Pros:

Staff are lovely and it’s so dog friendly. The grounds are beautiful

Splash stains on the wall by the bin by the tv. But no biggie. The important things were clean

A nice stay with friendly staff on hand
Pros:

Staff were extremely kind, polite and helpful. Breakfast exceded our expectations.

The room was a little tired tooking and the bed was uncomfortable (for our particular taste)

Pros:

The staff are very friendly, a good place in Tiverton you can walk quickly in the middle town, and there is an excellent parking pace for Van.

Cons:

After a week we struggled, what we ate for dinner ;-) but all the food was good.

Not great, but not terrible
Pros:

Friendly lady on the desk who was brilliant.

Cons:

The room was unclean, the carpet was ruffled like it had not been stuck down properly. And the hot water wouldn't connect with the shower.

Short break at fantastic hotel.
