We loved it!!!

Stop looking and book this hotel! The best hotel we have ever stayed! Room was gorgeous and quiet. Bed was so comfortable! Amazing private bathroom with huge walk in shower. It had a convenient parking lot. The place has a bar restaurant on the first floor with fantastic food! They brew their own beer. Had lots of televisions for watching sports, a pool table and darts. Fantastic breakfast included.

What a spectacular room! The castle view room is amazing. Such a treat to have the breakfast basket, and breakfast in bed!

Stylish boutique hotel, with great restaurant and bar. Decor in room and hotel was eclectic and fun. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Shower is spacious and amenities were nice. Breakfast hamper left a little wanting but other than that great stay.

Nice room and friendly staff. Although the rooms is called “Castle View”, the description didn’t list that the more prominent view is actually that of the road directly in front of the hotel. This road,
the A9 is a major road with trucks and busses. Once recovered from this, the castle view is appreciated. Luckily, night traffic significantly subsided and we had a good night’s rest in a comfortable bed.

Meadowpark was superior to comparable properties. Staff were friendly, bar and restaurant were excellent, free breakfast provided to our room was superb and even the TV had a wide range of channels. I would rate MP the best hotel we stayed at during our three week holiday.

A beautiful hotel in a tastefully restored heritage building. We had the Castle View room, light airy, relaxing & stunning views.Staff excellent & had a delicious dinner in the bar downstairs.

Staff brilliant, location good, breakfast hit and miss. This is not a hotel but a restaurant with rooms. No room safe, no reception desk However it is in a good position for the Wallace tower and museum (walkable) also very near the university. Breakfast is brought to you in a basket the night before and left outside your room. Unfortunately our second night no breakfast arrived for following morning there is no one onsite until later in the morning . I did find the cleaner and she was able to give us a breakfast basket with some items but not what we had expected. I guess these things happen and we were just unlucky on this occasion Overall would recommend this place to stay.

Lovely place to stay. A bit far from town. But we walked to town without any trouble and took the bus back.

Beautiful accommodation

The room was fantastic, newly renovated, beautiful decor, super comfortable bed, and very nice bathroom. The staffing at the hotel was minimal but all of them were really friendly and accommodating. Of note - no elevator, so guest need to carry their luggage one flight of stairs, but the staff is helpful.

Shower head needs cleaned, a bulb out. Main light switch needs replaced. Hotel lovely and great food

I enjoyed my brief stay. The room was clean, spacious, and contained everything I could need. They even give you a continental breakfast and coffee to have in your room in the morning. The bathroom is spacious and modern. The restaurant’s food and service was good. The service was a little spotty but to be fair they only had a limited staff and I was in no hurry. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay here again if I was in the area.
