Location was brilliant with easy access to the high street. Free Wi-Fi with stable broadband was great too.

The Woodford Hotel offers a place to stay at night and a small bathroom. Nothing more nothing less. Overall, the room had everything we needed. Bed was alright. Downstairs you can make your own tea and coffee.
We really enjoyed the "garden area" where we were able to sit back and chat for a while during a warm summer night. However, this area also looked a bit run down and didn't even include a table, just four chairs.
The rooms looked a bit run down. Water damage on the ceiling. Some parts of the shelves were broken.
The showers were so small I was hardly able to take a comfortable shower as a 1.86m tall man. Some of the wall outlets didn't work.
Location isn't great necessarily but that explains the price.
What I don't find acceptable is to describe your rooms as having "soundproof walls" when we were able to hear our neighbors watch TV, talk, and snore.

It is located a walking distance to convenience stores, shopping centres and fast food places.
In addition, it is a 7 minutes drive from my worksite during my stay.

The location was perfect for my purposes. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. If you needed things like Fan, hairdryer, iron for the room these could be got from reception.
The room was warm but the weather was hot, they did have fans that you could take from reception to you room which was very helpful. I did not like the pillows, but the linen was clean, the rooms furnishings were tired but didn't expect too much as the price for the area was as expected. I would go back here again as was very close to family and friends. Thank you
It was very clean and fresh feeling. Good that it was staffed 24 hours and that I could help myself to tea/coffee in the lounge whenever I liked. I understand the garden area is in the process of being renovated and hope it goes well.
Just that they need to install non slip mats in the baths/showers to prevent accidents. I've already passed this on and they agreed it was a good idea.

They should call it as a motel or guest house more likely very tiny rooms not very clean most of the rooms they have shared toilets the bed is very noisy not comfortable. I wouldn’t recommend.
