Pros:

Friendly staff and easy check in. Spacious room

Cons:

No internal lock on the door or a door chain. The shower was quite low.

Staff are good,drinks in the bar are fair prices and catered for what I needed at a fair prices

A warm welcome
Pros:

Back here again for a good stay. What really makes this place is the lovely staff - they rushed to help me with my bag, which they took to my room for me - they did not have to do this, as my bag was quite small. They had also turned on the heating so my room was nice and warm. The TV worked and the free wi-fi was very good. The linen was clean and the shower was warm. Parking was free and plentiful.

Cons:

Noting to complain about for the price.

Not like in the pictures
Pros:

Staff friendly

Cons:

Restaurant closed and location in the middle of nowhere so had to drive. Currently next to major roadworks. Rooms dated, carpet worn and mould in bathrooms.

Cons:

Poor cleanliness. Toilet wouldn't flush, shower leaked. Bed was uncomfortable. Housekeeping were really noisy on a morning. Was like the type of place you would rent a room for an hour

Absolutely awful
Pros:

Not much

Cons:

Loud men directly outside our door, making our stay extremely uncomfortable. Couldn’t even stay the whole night and had to stay elsewhere as we did not feel comfortable staying here. 100% would not recommend

It was not mentioned that the restaurant mainly served Indian food. We can not eat this.

Perfect location for nearby Cambridge, food 10/10 , prices very reasonable
Pros:

Beds cosy, nice linen, big rooms, food fantastic, staff friendly and intensive

Cons:

Few finishing touches in room, did not like the paper cups for hot drinks , not many hangers for clothes ones that were available were broken, bath towels quite small

Excellent for the one night I stayed
Pros:

Location was perfect for my works meeting. The communication from the staff was excellent. The room was spacious with ample area to work on my laptop

Bang average clean mostly and half done.
Pros:

Bed was ok luckily

Cons:

Shower stuck on scalding hot. Tv didn’t have basic channels. Asked for receipt and messaged 3 times still no receipt. Looks derelict from front surrounded by roadworks so can’t even walk anywhere. Have obviously spent some money tidying up but strangely motel style set up not priced accordingly.

Disappointed the staff lying through there teeth saying they would help nothing done
Pros:

Nothing the bed was infested with bed bugs leaving the property bitten alive the road to the property is closed so is a pain in the arse to travel to
