Nice place but bad staff
Pros:

Convenient place.

Cons:

On the day I checked in, the customer service staff who handled my check-in seemed tired and unprofessional. She had an expression that was not appropriate when dealing with me as a customer. I had just traveled from London and spent 8 hours on a flight, so I was already exhausted. Being greeted with an annoyed expression made the experience worse.

In addition, I believe you could prepare a QR code link for customers to easily find information on where to park and where to register their car number. I was very upset when I asked for help and she responded rudely, without saying anything, only pointing at her phone. There was no manner or courtesy shown.

Let ur staff send our food order to the room n we pay per day expensive atleats gv a good service send up to room

The lobby have a lot of games n its free and have coffee an tea welcome drink or anytime for u to drink for free ok

Cons:

The staff at reception donno how to smile at all women morning till nite shift n men at nite shift also of of then … ad tv bright not ok need to adjust .. your room expensive suppose have a good view but my view is ermmmm

Excellent, memorable birthday trip
Pros:

The breakfast was very nive in terms of variety, presentation and taste. What made it even more special was the surprise chocolate cake the staff provided us upon my husband's request for my birthday. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience

No bidet in the toilet
Lighting. Some lights have no switch. I have to turn off master switch to have total darkness to sleep, and walk some distance to bed

Pros:

My package was not including breakfast. Therefore, I have no comment on the breakfast. But certainly, my stay was a very good and a cozy stay since I only stay to sleep. Overall facilities are good and the staff are very friendly.

Cons:

I like everything except for its toilet as there is no pipe to be use after peeing.

Great for a short stay near mall
Pros:

This Hotel annexed to IOI Mall. So it's very convenient if you plan to shop. I must mention this, even though they do not provide in room ironing services, but they do have iron room where they do provide a stand steam iron which was so easy for me to iron my delicate Kurung.

Cons:

Jockey was limited but great we managed to secure one. No lighting above the room mirror.

Too expensive price for just 1 night stay and no free breakfast included
Pros:

The location is great and the facilities are good

Cons:

The price i paid for the room was quite expensive and not worth. I have stayed at other hotel before with the same value as this Moxy but not even free breakfast included this time. Please improve your offer like free breakfast for family pack booking etc
