Very good. Will stay here again.
Pros:

The location was great. It was connected to IOI City Mall by escalators & lifts. The lobby was a delightful & colourfully decorated place with comfortable lounges & chairs near the entrance; traditional & other games to keep young people & children occupied while waiting & daily complimentary drinks!

Cons:

The connecting doors of the interconnected rooms were too heavy for the children;
The swimming pool did not have a shallower area for children.

Excellent location with direct access to IOI Shopping Mall. Breakfast had great options.
Pros:

Location was excellent for the 2 nights before going to the airport, it was connected to the IOI Shopping Mall, which was huge with heaps of eateries and shops.

Cons:

The pillows were too soft, but I was able to ask for a firm one.

Perfect stay for short term. Nice staff and great location.
Pros:

Very nice buffet for breakfast and location is great. Shopping mall is accessible from the hotel where we can find everything like supermarket and pharmacy

Cons:

Room could be a bit bigger and more space for 2 suitcases. The corridor leading to the rooms should be renovated.
