Good
Pros:

The hotel ambience especially the lobby is so cozy, it feels like home to me. The kids enjoyed playing the games provided at the location. the hotel aroma is so relaxing and feel relieve.

Cons:

The facility provided in the hotel is okay apart from no cabinet or closet being provided due to limitation of space in the room. Need to provide more hanger to hanging our clothes.

Fantastic and New!
Pros:

Very clean and new hotel with direct access to IOI City Mall. The staff were really friendly and helpful from the second we stepped in. The rooms were comfortable, clean and looked very new. Will definitely be staying with Moxy Hotels in the future!

Pros:

Very clean, comfy and quiet rooms. The shower is excellent. The enormous IOI City Mall is right next door with plenty of food and shopping options. Enjoyed the live music at the bar.

Cons:

Breakfast options seemed limited.
