Unique hotel but...
Pros:

Unique, love the style and clean. Easy excess to ioi mall

Cons:

Staff at front desk muka ketat. Ask about where to park, the staff (women) dont feel like answering, just show video then runaway with her handphone still in my hand. So i just put back on front desk table after watcthing it. Both two staff, man and women are the same. The next morning different staff with smile face and friendly approach make me feel this is great and unique hotel with great staff maybe yesterday relief staff incharge...But after shopping at ioi mall, still see the same two faces at front desk that attend yesterday with the same attitude. Rarely see front desk staff in any hotel like this. This is my first experience. If I come again, its just because the unique of the hotel or family room at le meridien hotel is fully book.

Overall value for money hotel!
Pros:

The hotel is connected to IOI City Mall which has anything and everything you need so it’s really convenient. Staff were also friendly and gave us a surprise cake for a birthday occasion. Location was also a good distance between the airport and KL city centre about 30mins both ways when there’s no traffic.

Cons:

Staff didn’t really help with loading and unloading of luggage. TV channels were not working when it rained heavily. No wardrobe in the room so hanging your clothes on the wall knobs made the room look a bit messy.
