Was a very good stay, my room came with the best view , comfortable bed and food location.

While the apartments has cooking facilities but they should provide trash bags for the kitchen

Penang stay
Pros:

Excellent location, well equipped gym, generous layout of the apartment and best shower experience of all hotels in Penang.

Cons:

The attitude of tge reception manager at the breakfast area of Floor 2.
He was rather arrogant and even ignored acknowledgement of greeting. Upon request for coffee it was sent to the wrong table. The staff at the coffee counter also had very poor knowledge of managing the coffee machine.
While the choice of breakfast is good, especially the Roti Chanai counter [ staff managing the stalls excellent] the layout of fruits can be better improved and best stayed away from the smoked salmon and wasabi.

The hotel is accommodation to our special requests. Having an elderly and a four month old baby. The staff is excellent
