Venligt personale, super lækker lejlighed og meget pænt og rent over alt.

Cons:

Morgenmaden var virkelig skuffende. Det var ensformigt, tørt brød/kager. Frugten var hver dag melon og ananas. Det undrede os meget at man ikke gjorde noget mere ud af det. I det hele taget var det vestlige udvalg meget begrænset. Til gengæld hvis man er til nudler og asiatisk mad så er det sikkert fint. Men vi synes ikke morgenmaden var prangende. Det var vi skuffede over.

Just wonderful!
Pros:

My 2nd stay in 2 months, and still loving it. The Executive Apartment is best for 3 days or more stay. Wonderful dining-in food, piping hot and great service getting it in and out of our room. The room is still in top condition given that it is still a relatively new hotel. Breakfast buffet is still fresh and delicious, although I do hope there can be a lot more varieties. Drove from SG to Penang with my EV and charging is a breeze. Zero headaches.

Stayed in two bedroom apartment previously, and this time was a one bedroom apartment. Both equally good, the living and dining space, great for family gatherings after a long day at Penang. Ambience of the room, lighting, the sofa and TV, the decor, all very nicely done. Feels like home!

Cons:

There is nothing I don't like about this hotel. Just wonderful!

Pros:

Elevator should be labeled to indicate exec apartment. Haw Yeon who was mgr of breakfast buffet was exceptional incl recommending a market that was only on weeekend so that we would not miss it. Chefs and wait staff were very attentive.

Location.
Apartment

Cons:

Soundproofing is non existent. Could listen the toilette flushes, TVs noises and children of other rooms. It is not aligned to Marriott brand to offer one hotel where you are awoken by a guest of other room using the toilette or the TV.

Pools are very small for the size of the hotel.
