Pleasant stay, don't mind coming back to the same hotel if i'm ever back in Kuching.

La localisation est pas mal, à 10-15 min du waterfront.

Cons:

Tout d’abord, ne vous fiez surtout pas aux photos de la piscine publiées par l’hôtel. En réalité, elle est minuscule, avec seulement deux transats pour l’ensemble de l’établissement, et donne directement sur des habitations. Durant notre séjour, personne ne s’y baignait. Elle ressemble davantage à un petit bassin, presque un aquarium, qu’à une véritable piscine. Grosse déception sur ce point.

Concernant la chambre, autre mauvaise surprise : aucune fenêtre. J’avais bien réservé une chambre indiquée « no view », mais je ne pensais absolument pas que cela signifiait « sans fenêtre ». À mon sens, cela devrait être indiqué beaucoup plus clairement lors de la réservation.

Le petit-déjeuner a malheureusement été le point le plus chaotique du séjour. Alors qu’il est censé être servi jusqu’à 10h, dès 9h40, la personne en charge commence déjà à tout ranger et refuse de ressortir ce qui a été retiré. Autant dire que si vous arrivez vers 10h, vous risquez de ne trouver quasiment plus rien, à part quelques céréales.

La qualité du petit-déjeuner est également très médiocre : choix extrêmement limité, impossible de demander des œufs, aucun renouvellement ou variation d’un jour à l’autre. Mais au-delà de la nourriture, c’est surtout l’accueil qui nous a déçus. Arriver pour prendre son petit-déjeuner dans les horaires prévus et voir tout être rangé devant soi donne vraiment le sentiment de déranger.

Enfin, contrairement à ce que l’on pourrait attendre de ce type d’établissement, il n’y a pas non plus de salle de sport.

Je suis désolée, mais au vu de l’ensemble de ces éléments et de notre expérience, je ne peux malheureusement pas recommander cet hôtel

Great stay, very clean room!
Pros:

We had a family room, it was really nice! The beds were good, the room was clean and the shower was very good too. The restaurant was good, we had dinner there and breakfast (if not included RM20 pp) was also good. We didn’t use the minibar or roomservice, but prices were fair, same price as in the restaurant downstairs for a coke or meal. I would stay there again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in Kuching! All in all a great stay!

Cons:

The pool looked tiny on the pictures and it was very small indeed, also no shade in or around the pool, so we only spend 20mins in the pool and went back to our room afterwards.
