Important information:

The hotel is currently undertaking the construction of a new commercial annex building located outside the main hotel building, which will be connected via a link bridge. The project is scheduled to commence in March 2026 and is targeted for completion by December 2026. The hotel remains fully operational; however, minor disturbances may occasionally occur in Deluxe and Pearl Suite Without Balcony rooms located near the adjacent structure during approved working hours (8:00 AM – 10:00 PM). Mitigation measures, including room reassignment and upgrades (subject to availability), are in place to ensure guest comfort.

'Complimentary One-way Hotel-to-Hospital transfer is available exclusively for guests staying two (2) consecutive nights or more.
The transfer service operates twice daily at 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM and is available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to vehicle availability.
Guests are required to make their transfer request with the hotel front desk at least 24 hours in advance.

Centrally located hotel in the heart of Georgetown
Pros:

The hotel was centrally located close to many great eateries and night markets. The staff were friendly and helpful. The historical memorabilia around the hotel was a nice touch.

Cons:

The room could have been cleaner and was showing wear and tear with chipped walls and furniture. The shower drain was blocked and water pooled while in use. The exterior of the hotel was being painted during our stay and there was a constant beeping from the elevated work platform (scissor lift) that was being used so it was difficult to relax in our room throughout the day. Thankfully on the last day of our stay, it rained and they could not paint!
