Хорошее расположение отеля - на пересечении центральных улиц города - Penang и Chulia. Дружелюбный персонал. Чистые номера с достаточно новой мебелью и свежим ремонтом, большая удобная терраса. Живая музыка в баре по вечерам, хороший выбор напитков.

Cons:

Короткое время работы бара - до 22:00. Для подключения к интернету надо идти с каждым устройством на стойку регистрации для того, чтобы сотрудник ввел пароль.

Tolle Lage, Größe des Zimmers, Größe der Terrasse

Cons:

Stoffkissen und Auflagen des Outdoor Sofas sehr verschmutzt
Housekeeping: es wurde kein Kaffee aufgefüllt
Bei einem Hotel dieser Kat kann man mehr erwarten

Sehr schöne Bar, allerdings extrem gekühlt und die Musik am Abend für meinen Geschmack zu laut

More like a 3.5 or 4 star rather than a 5 star hotel.

Location and staff

Cons:

Room wasn’t cleaned despite being out all day and then only cleaned once I rang them to ask. Also we had booked the suite with a balcony but the layout is odd as the spilt level thing doesn’t really work as the bathroom is downstairs and the bedroom is upstairs and the sitting area is tiny. The balcony is nice though.
