​Très bon séjour dans l'ensemble malgré quelques détails techniques
Pros:

Un accueil très agréable avec un personnel souriant, disponible et un petit-déjeuner de qualité. Chambres propres et spacieuses. L'emplacement est parfait pour se rendre rapidement à l'aéroport. Un bilan globalement satisfaisant pour un Ibis, malgré quelques détails à corriger.

Cons:

L’hôtel reste assez isolé avec peu d'animations aux alentours. Les bungalows peuvent être très éloignés du lobby et manquent un peu d'isolation thermique et acoustique. À noter également : une douche difficile à régler au niveau du pommeau, et qui a tendance à déborder.

Posizione e navetta gratuita.

Cons:

Niente. Al ristorante abbiamo rimandato indietro i noodles (pesce puzzolente), e panino con una bistecca dentro piena di grasso. Camera con aria condizionata rumorosa, lenzuola giallastre (stanze dell’edificio 1). Colazione con alimenti visivamente non freschi.

Pratique pour transit aéroport

Chambre trop bruyante la nuit , car la porte automatique faisait beaucoup trop de bruit en se refermant et notre chambre était collée à la porte. De plus couloirs bruyants lorsque les gens parlent

Be careful with getting your deposit back
Pros:

The pool and restaurant area are very nice.

Cons:

They still have not refunded the 100MYR "deposit" to my credit card. I wrote them and they replied that yes they will urgently do that but its been 23 days and still nothing. It is a small amount but this should never happen. The deposit should be refunded upon checkout as per normal. There is no outstanding charge - it is a mere oversight in their part but that is not acceptable.

Airport Hotel That Exceeded Expectations
Pros:

Really nice staff, especially around the restaurant area. The pool was beautiful, very clean and perfect temperature. Loved all the dragonflies nearby. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was very good, lots of choices. Really great stay, and not too far from airport.

Cons:

Shuttle times were restrictive so we took a Grab so we didn't have to wait an hour.

Abbiamo cenato li e non abbiamo mangiato nulla, noodle con pesce marcio, panino con pane indecente e carne durissima. La stanza lugubre con asciugamani che puzzavano di stantio e letto di legno. Alla reception una ragazza con le lenti colorate ci ha cambiato la categoria delle stanze perché non ne aveva più( nel frattempo rideva con la sua collega). Che dire...prezzo non adatto ne alla zona né ai servizi, cmq lo spacciano come 4 stelle, ma forse non arriva neanche a 3. Ah colazione pessima, con roba vecchia di qualche giorno. Evitato se potete

Ottimo per una notte vicino l'aeroporto.
Pros:

Vicinanza aeroporto. C'è una navetta gratuita predisposta dall'hotel dall'aeroporto quindi scrivete prima all'hotel. Non so gli orari che fanno, potrebbe passare ogni mezz'ora.

Cons:

Posto molto bello, ma costando parecchio per gli standard della Malesia (35 euro a notte) mi aspettavo delle accortezze in più come verificare che ci fosse il sapone in doccia.

Nice hotel, shame about the shuttle.
Pros:

Nicely set up hotel, spacious. Rooms large and modern. No problem with the actual accommodation.

Cons:

This is supposed to be an airport hotel. But is it really? Distance wise no but the shuttle leaves a lot to be desired. When I arrived at KLIA 1, I was eventually sent to a waiting area and told to wait in a particular spot. So I did. And waited. Finally I looked up the hotel website and the shuttle is on an hourly schedule. So around the time it was supposed to be at the designated spot, I waited diligently. I saw the bus almost pass me by and flagged it down. Guess what? Not the right spot to wait after all. Then the shuttle had to go via KLIA 2 before the hotel. The bus headed completely away from the airport so far I was wondering if I was on the right Ibis shuttle. Apparently, the bus has to leave then do a loop on the highway to go back to KLIA 2, which is repeated to go to the hotel. The next morning getting to the airport more directly took 20 minutes, for a hotel boasting being only 1.2 km away. And having to take the 5am shuttle for an 8.50 flight.
If I were to go back to KL, I would spend the extra for the actual airport hotel that's walking distance and no shuttle involved. The Ibis is a lovely hotel, but I don't know if it's worth the hassle to save the money.
