There was an issue with water machine, however on last stay they replaced this with a kettle which was much better.

The room was ok, but nothing special - didn't match the description of luxury and comfort. The bed is large, the bathroom is not and there is a water purifying machine, which is a great asset once you figure out how to use it.
The real value of this hotel is the amazing pool, which we enjoyed very much and the fresh and well prepared breakfast. The spa center is amazing and the massages - absolute bliss.
We've had dinner at the hotel one night, which, although expensive, was quite delicious.
Value for money is not where it should be, but the pool, the breakfast , and the amazing massages compensated and - overall - we were satisfied with our stay.
