Magnifique hôtel avec une vue incroyable. Une très grande chambre très belle, nettoyée tous les jours. Les 3 piscines + le jacuzzi sont vraiment magnifiques.
La plage privée de l’hôtel est magnifique. Le personnel de l’établissement est tout simplement adorable, toujours souriant et à rendre service. Et les buggy toujours mis à notre disposition pour aller d’un endroit à un autre de l’hôtel c’est top! Merci surtout à Zafira qui nous a accompagné du début jusqu’à la fin de notre séjour, toujours là pour nous, à rendre service et demander toujours si nous allions bien. Elle est d’une gentillesse incroyable. Merci pour tout.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner étais fabuleux, et le buffet du dîner également , nourriture de qualité avec beaucoup de choix.
Si un jour je reviens sur cette île c’est sans hésiter dans cet hôtel que je reviendrai.
Tout étais parfais, habituellement il y a toujours un petit point négatif là j’en ai trouvé aucun.

Poměrně vysoké ceny večeří. Úzká nabídka.
Krásný, luxusní resort, čisté, moderní prostředí. Služby na 150%, snídaně dechberoucí, personál usměvavý a velmi vstřícný a ochotný. Doprava golfovými autíčky, jóga, všude ručníky a voda k pití. Opravdu nemam co vytknout.
Jídla v restauraci poměrně předražená, rozhodně se vyplatí chodit na jídlo mimo resort.

Excellent séjour au Perhentian Marriott Resort & Spa. L’emplacement est idéal et l’hôtel est magnifique.
Le service a été irréprochable : tout le staff est d’une grande gentillesse et toujours prêt à aider. Les équipements sont neufs, très bien entretenus et les installations sont vraiment agréables. Mention spéciale pour les 3 piscines et le jacuzzi ainsi que le petit déjeuner, délicieux et très varié.
Je recommande sans hésiter !
C'était parfait, j'ai tout apprécié !
I stayed at this resort for 4 nights and 5 days, and overall, it was a beautiful and memorable experience. During my stay, I repeatedly saw the same staff members working from very early morning until around midnight, day after day. They must have been exhausted, yet they still did their best to remain kind, professional, and attentive to guests. I truly respect their dedication and effort.
However, from a guest’s perspective, it was honestly difficult to watch. It appeared that the resort was severely understaffed, and each staff member seemed responsible for too many roles and responsibilities. They constantly looked busy, overwhelmed, and without sufficient support. Based on conversations, it appears that some staff may only be getting around 3 hours of sleep due to their work schedules. This situation not only affects the well-being of the staff but also creates discomfort for guests who can clearly see how overworked they are. The staff themselves were excellent, but the system supporting them does not appear sustainable or aligned with the standards expected from a Marriott property. I sincerely hope management improves staffing levels and ensures proper rest and humane working conditions for their employees.
New resort with fresh facilities. Everything new and clean. Breakfast and dinner was very nice. Selection is not huge but everything was delicious and different daily. Service was top tier
Resort has 2 beaches. One is small wild beach and second larger and more organised one. First private second public. Second beach was very beautiful but need to walk 256 stairs up&down the hill to get to the beach. Wasn’t a problem for us but for elderly ppl might be challenging

La struttura è di recentissima costruzione.
Le camere sono ampie, dotate di ogni confort, balcone, bagno con vasca e doccia, macchina del caffè Nespresso.
Il personale è disponibile e accogliente. La struttura è super pulita.
All interno ci si può spostare con le mini car guidate dai ragazzi dello staff.
Cibo buono, piscine incantevoli, disponibilità di partecipare a diverse attività quotidiane (yoga, fitness, cooking class, etc). Colazioni ricchissime.
Si può accedere a due spiagge (tranquillity beach e romantic beach) attraverso scalinate in mezzo alla giungla. L’acqua del mare è cristallina e piena di pesci che vale tutta la vacanza. Panorama mozzafiato.

The hotel has a fabulous location, set on a hillside with great sunset views.
All the staff ,whatever their job, we're extremely welcoming and friendly, greeting you wherever you went.
The room was very comfortable and spacious with a beautiful view out to sea. The bathroom is enormous and has a great powerful shower. There is everything you could need in the room, comfortable bed, lots of storage space, safe, fridge and endless drinking water plus a coffee machine.
The breakfast buffet was very good and very well managed. There was a whole range of different types of foods and very helpful staff to serve you.
There is a free boat service to and from the resort from the mainland.
It's very easy to walk from the hotel to Coral Bay and Long Beach although the latter had been severely damaged in storms.
I would highly recommend this resort to anyone.
The main highlight of the resort is its staff.
The resort is completely built from concrete and there is a lot of it! The balcony can get very hot as the concrete heats up making it unusable a lot of the time.
It's a long way around the resort to get to the restaurant, pool , reception or the beaches but there are plenty of buggies to drive you around.
The bar was incredibly expensive. We ended up using Amelia's restaurant on Coral Bay just 10 minutes walk. Rosemary's restaurant is also right next door.
