Go only if you want a nice sleep
Pros:

The bed was super comfy. Room was perfect.

Cons:

Facilities are limited. I don't see kayak available on the beach. No sauna or steam room. No sports facilities, not even beach volleyball. I feel that the whole project was built with limited budget. I expected it to be more luxurious.

Excellent family get together holiday
Pros:

The buggy facilities are very good and all of the staff are friendly and welcoming . Perhaps a welcome briefing to showcase what the resort can offer to the guests would be good especially those that not aware .

Cons:

Nothing not to like during our stay . The only thing a standby buggy could be offered to those with handicapped

Pros:

Loved the service — the team accommodated all our requests promptly, exactly what you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. The location was amazing, with plenty of activities provided for guests to enjoy throughout the stay. Buggy service was also very efficient with little to no waiting time. Highly recommended!

Séjour paradisiaque
Pros:

Très bel hôtel bien intégré dans le paysage, les piscines sont très agréables et les deux plages magnifiques.
Personnel attentionné et souriant.
Les chambres sont spacieuses, la salle de bain très agréable.
La présence d'un chanteur le soir.
Petir déjeuner variés.
Le kids club pour les enfants est un vrai plus.

Excellent, aussi bien sûr la qualité des prestations que sur le confort. Très très bel hôtel, le personnel est très gentil et arrangeant. Le lieu est magnifique

Un personnel attentionnés et à l’écoute
Pros:

L’hôtel est magnifique sur tous les aspects. Dès l’arrivée, nous sommes très bien accueillis. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse extraordinaire que vous ne verrez nulle part ailleurs. L’hôtel possède plusieurs piscines et deux plages. Nous avons testé 2 restaurants de l’hôtel et nous avons eu un coup de cœur pour le Sekoci. La soupe était savoureuse et le homard exquis. C’est un budget mais ça en vaut le coup.
Le petit déjeuner est très bon et copieux. Vous pouvez accéder à long beach depuis la jungle en 10/15 minutes. Cependant, attention à la nuit tombée vous risquez de vous perdre donc privilégiez un taxi bateau.
J’ai qu’une envie de réserver à nouveau cet hôtel hors norme.

Cons:

Le chemin à long beach doit être mieux balisé car une fois perdus c’est très compliqué !
