Le personnel es incroyable et à l’écoute!

Cons:

Le temps de réponses de l’hôtel est très long et peut prendre des semaines. J’ai voulu organiser une demande de mariage mais j’ai du me rabattre dans un autre hôtel pour l’organisation car j’avais pas de nouvelles depuis des semaines et que si je relançais pas a multiples reprises, on n’allais jamais me répondre!!!!! Je trouve sa regrettable car l’hôtel en soi est magnifique et au vu du prix j’aurai voulu plus de spontanéité.

Pros:

Le personnel est le gros point fort de l’hôtel. Toujours attentionné, souriant et accueillant. Merci à eux!
Les infrastructures sont très belles et récentes. Tout est propre et bien agencé.

Cons:

Il devrait peut être y avoir un petit magasin ou acheter des choses de base. Mais juste une suggestion..

Wonderful hotel and beautiful location
Pros:

A fantastic stay in a beautiful location. The hotel staff were amazing and so friendly. The room we had had a wonderful view of the sea from the balcony and the bathtub. The free snorkelling gear and canoes were a brilliant bonus. The pools were all excellent.

L’hôtel est magnifique, très propre et parfaitement entretenu. La plage est superbe, avec une eau magnifique et un cadre vraiment paradisiaque. Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse.

Cons:

L’hôtel est très isolé. Pour sortir, il faut soit traverser un sentier dans la forêt, soit prendre un bateau, ce qui n’est pas toujours pratique, surtout avec des enfants. Le mini-bar est inexistant dans les chambres. Le service autour de la piscine manque de personnel, ce qui entraîne des temps d’attente assez longs. Pas de bar… seulement une fontaine d’eau mise à disposition. La carte des restaurants mériterait d’être plus variée, surtout pour les séjours de plusieurs jours. Nous avons également trouvé que l’hôtel ne s’adaptait pas suffisamment aux besoins de sa clientèle. Enfin, le fait de ne pas pouvoir payer en espèces est très contraignant.

Si vous prévoyez un séjour aux îles Perhentian, je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel, en particulier si vous voyagez avec de jeunes enfants. Malgré la beauté des lieux et la gentillesse du personnel, les aspects pratiques ont rendu notre séjour moins agréable.

Un poco decepcionante
Pros:

El entorno es muy bonito, la habitación grande y muy cómoda. La comida riquísima, tanto desayuno como comida y cena

Cons:

En la piscina de adultos no debería haber niños. Hay otra piscina familiar muy grande.
A la hora de la comida son muuuy lentos, en el restaurante Dapur al menos. Pedimos y, al campo de 20 minutos, vinieron a decirme que no había lo que yo había pedido. Tardaron al final casi una hora y trajeron los segundos antes que los entrantes.

Tuvimos un pequeño problema con el equipo de snorkel y ahí se vio que la atención al cliente no era tan buena como ellos dicen.

Las instalaciones son excelentes, el personal muy amable. El desayuno muy completo y buenísimo. Disfrutamos muchísimo de que tuviera su propio centro de buceo y centro de spa. Nos ha encantado.

Highly recommended if you want a relaxing holiday where everything is taken care of and you just have to enjoy yourself.
Pros:

All the staff were lovely throughout our stay, from the drivers to the receptionists. Impeccable service. They were incredibly attentive at all times.
The buffet food was delicious and there was a great variety. We really enjoyed being able to try local food and dishes from other Southeast Asian countries.
The diving center, the facilities, and all the staff made us thoroughly enjoy our stay.
