Luna di miele perfetta. Stanza bellissima. Personale fantastico. Colazione eccellente. Cena a buffet buona (circa 32€). Servizio buggy ottimo. Trasferimento gratuito comodo. Asciugamani ed acqua fresca sempre presenti. Set di cortesia molto ampio.
Mettere più manubri pesanti in palestra. Calibrare gli orari di yoga (molto scomodi), risolvere il problema dell’aria condizionata in palestra. Calibrare il prezzo dei ristoranti alla carta. Scomodo accesso in spiaggia per via delle scalinate. Inserire la mezza pensione per la cena (e non per il pranzo come è ora) e valutare anche una formula all inclusive.

This is absolutely not a 5-star resort.
We have stayed in 4 star hotels with far better service and amenities.
The biggest issue was the complete lack of comfort and peace. This is marketed as a relaxing resort but in reality, it felt chaotic. Many guests lacked basic consideration, and unfortunately, the children were extremely disruptive. We had the worst luck being placed below one such family.
Every morning, starting from 6 AM, we were woken up by loud running and noise that lasted for hours. The same thing happened during lunch and at night. We complained repeatedly. The responses we received were disappointing first they claimed they couldn’t verify the noise, then said there was nothing they could do. On our final day, we were told to “bear with it” or pack and change rooms with only half a day left. That is simply unacceptable for a resort charging 250£+ per night.
Food & Dining:
The food was another major disappointment. Options were limited, and quality declined quickly.
• The main restaurant is very small (around 10 tables), so if you don’t book in advance, you’re stuck with the buffet.
• After 2–3 days, the buffet becomes repetitive and unappetizing.
• Breakfast is chaotic too many people, slow refills, and poor cleanliness. After 8:30 AM, it’s not enjoyable at all and if you want a hot late you are out of luck they dont serve it.
• one night we sat at the restaurant and ordered food and it took 1.5 hours to get our order
• After 10:30 PM, ther e are essentially no food options available as the whole resort shuts down and there is no room service, so basically walk to the other side of the island on the dark or you can starve.
-If you manage to book the restaurant for dinner, the steak and lobster pasta was good.
Facilities & Layout:
• There is a small adults-only pool, and a big family pool.
• The resort has two beaches:
• One is about a 10-minute walk down stairs but is overcrowded.
A lot of things
Le personnel qui s’occupe des chambres et des golfettes sont adorable. Le resort en lui même est bien.
J’ai eu des punaises de lit et aucun geste commercial. On a mis la parole et celle du médecin en doute en prétextant que c’était impossible dans l’hôtel et que j’avais du attrapé un truc dans la forêt ou dans la mer. Je suis très déçue et je n’y retournerai jamais.

부킹닷컴 예약시 보여지는 금액이 최종 금액인지 알았는데, 현장에서 결제시 수수료가 미포함된 금액이라 많이 당황스러웠다.
특히 나는 bonvoy 맴버쉽 회원이라, 이걸 미리 알았더라면 본보이 웹페이지에서 직접 결제를 했을텐데 부킹 닷컴에 조금 더 저렴하게 올라와있어 결제했다.. 포인트 적립도 못했다! (*이 부분 꼭 참고하세요)
