FOX Hotel Glenmarie Shah Alam

The hotel its self is the on the 8th floor of a building and up. The building is new as well as the hotel. The pool is beautiful and the view at sunset gorgeous; however the rest of the day your view is industry. Its in an INDUSTRIAL district. I don’t recommend. I only stayed because i got a package deal. I tried to leave but they refused a refund. You can’t walk around outside at all. Its not safe. I love KL and my favorite part is walking around. Only stay if you plan on NOT WALKING AROUND OUTSIDE. Hotel rooms just ehh. Like at first glance wow looks nice, but then you notice the cheapness. They don’t properly clean your room.

My stay at the FOX Hotel Glenmarie was marred by several concerning incidents.
The most alarming occurred shortly after check-in when another couple was mistakenly assigned to my occupied room. This created an awkward and uncomfortable situation for all parties involved. While this may have been due to a lag in their reservation system, such a basic security and privacy breach is unacceptable for any hotel.
The problems continued when my key card suddenly stopped working after reporting the room mix-up, requiring me to make an unnecessary trip back to reception for reprogramming. Adding to the disappointment, my rest was frequently disturbed by the constant noise of elevator chimes and slamming doors during the early morning hours.
These issues reflect poorly on the hotel's operational standards and significantly impacted the quality of my stay.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the ambiance and service at the restaurant. Wonderful breakfast with a choice for every diet. Very kind staff and great value for money". Definitely recommended to stay at this hotel for next visit.

It was comfy and lovely to be at. The pool view is just right, the entire living experience was as lovely. I manage to complete some of my marketing work there and will consider coming back again. I would try their food next time cos their lounge looks very cosy and family friendly

Stay 3d2N for business. Brought family of 3 (2 adult n 1 infant). Good overall. Room very clean. Aircond works perfectly. Nice breakfast, variety foods. friendly service counter. Easy checkin n checkout. When MRT completed, gonna sure repeat again for easy transportation access

I enjoyed my stay

The bed was extremely comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. Every area of the room was absolutely clean, with surfaces gleaming and fresh, creating a pleasant, and elegant atmosphere.

However, the choice of breakfast can be vary, especially for those who stayed more than one night.

I would like to commend the following personnel from the Reception namely Ray, Yus and Haziq who went out of their way to bring my ordered food to my room.
My gratitude to the Service man who answered my call for assistance and came up at 1am to help my cat get unstuck from behind the toilet.
Pillows were my kind of fluffiness, bed linens and bathroom were clean.
I have already told my friends about this Pet Friendly Hotel.
Ms. Yvonne Ng was very kind and accommodating to my request of extending my "check out time", added charge was reasonable.
Overall, my Whiskas and I had a good Staycation/R&R and Petcation.

Ray and Aisyah very kind and friendly. They are willing to help guest's intention. Hotel is hygiene and clean. House keeping is perfect. Besides, hotel breakfast is delicious. Furthermore, fully facilities with gym room and swimming pool. Next, hotel is in strategic place and near convenience store.

Room is comfortable, front desk friendly with good gym and infinity pool, but but a bit confusing for 1st time guests as the lobby is at 8th floor.
The breakfast is simple but tasteful, however lack of food outlet at the premises at night and have to walk 1 block away for the nearest restaurant

Awesome..Clean,Complete and Convenient ..Receptionist(Ray) and His manger(Ujin) are friendly and helpful.I will strongly recommend this hotel to my family and friends for their future trips..Only thing to improve is parking charges can possibly change to per day instead of per entrance

I enjoyed my stay. The room was great and the amenities were good. I especially liked the fact that the service at the hotel was wonderful as all the staff there were very nice, friendly and helpful. I was also impressed when I saw that there was a place where herbs/vegetables were grown at the premises. The breakfast was satisfying and tasty too. It was a lovely weekend stay for us.

The hotel location was just the right location for my trip. My stay was just perfect. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room and bed were cozy and comfortable. The food at the hotel was excellent, especially the teriyaki salmon.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a fox hotel and I wanted to share my experience. overall, my stay was positive and I would like to rate the hotel 5 stars. my room was clean and spacious. the hotel was well maintained and I particularly enjoyed with my family.

I've stayed 4 nights at this hotel. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The Room is clean and comfy. But a bit smell in the bath room even it looks clean, maybe because of the ventilation. Hotel provide a gym and swimming pool, which is nice and clean. It is not very near to the city area but not very far from Sunway pyramid so I often went shopping there. Overall, it is a nice hotel. I like the facilities that I feel worth the money I paid.

It’s new, condition is nice. I enjoyed my stay.
