Great Landlady. Comfortable hotel.
Pros:

I showed up late, but Debbie was waiting for me. She opened the bar for me and we had a truly interesting chat. Very friendly, interesting, genuine, and accommodating. Would recommend the Earn Hotel.

Room only but enjoyable evening.
Pros:

Room only in a small, lively pub. On street parking nearby. Made to feel very welcome. Friendly,local bar. Restaurant just along the road, The Village Inn, worth booking ahead. Tea/coffee in room. Quiet room.

Cons:

Stairs could be tricky for elderly. No breakfast. We stopped further up the road later in the morning.

Pros:

Sehr netter freundlicher Empfang! Zimmer gut ausgestattet. Leider kein Restaurant, aber wir konnten im Pub eigenes Essen verzehren, da im Ort selber das einzige Restaurant ausgebucht war.

Good overnight stop bu you need to know where to go for meals
Pros:

The bedrooms had obviously recently been renovated and were very pleasant if slightly small. It was a bizarre set up as there was a bar below but no food even breakfast and I think when we left there was no one around at all. But we enjoyed ou stay
