They need to sort their place out
Cons:

WiFi should have been working.
A toilet seat that fitted
A waste bin should be available
Provided Tea bags in a cup but when using the cup the tea bags are on the surface, a container is not too much to ask.
No one available for a 8am check out.
TV smaller than a lap top screen
Nothing good to say, not a good experience and at £130 per night which did not include breakfast is extremely expensive compared to every other establishment we stayed at on our walking holiday

Ok place but needs to install working WiFi as no G network available
Pros:

Rooms functional.

Cons:

Wifi just did not work. And could not get 4 or 5 G on any network. So could not watch a film nor F1! They should fix this.

Comfortable stay in Youlgreave
Pros:

Great location and our room was very spacious. The tea and coffee facilities were very generous.

Cons:

We couldn’t get WiFi in the room and staying in such a remote location it would have been great to be able to check weather, things to do etc in the room to plan the day.

Pros:

Staff were really friendly. We had a meal in the pub in the evening and it was delicious.
The room was nice and cosy
