A lovely place but a manager with good people skills would improve the place.

The location and the pub - food and atmosphere was good

The new manager needs to be a bit friendlier to the guests. We were not told when or how to check out.

Awful! Waste of money!

Cons:

Paid for a deluxe double room!
No hairdryer in room. Mould in bedroom. Heating went off over night to next day! Shower inadequate. No toothbrush charging point. No daily housekeeping unless you put sign outside your door!! I didn't have a sign. Bed uncomfortable. Matress thin and poor quality. Tv so small - couldn't see screen comfortably to the eyes! No hair and shower gell. No open fire in bar area although there was a fireplace there. Toilet seat hanging off pan. No wardrobe.
Will never stay here again!

The room was clean and quiet.The location was good.
