We stayed at W Edinburgh for my wifes 60th birthday. We checked in and was given an upgrade on our room. Absolute stunning hotel, staff and food was exceptional. Couldn't ask for anything more. Location was perfect. We will be staying again without doubt. We loved everything about our stay. Edinbrugj is such a beautiful stunning city. We can't wait to visit again. Highly recommend. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality.
Everything was perfect.
My laundry was not returned to my room on time; it was only brought back after I had followed up multiple times and finally expressed some frustration.

Toilet in its own cubical with no sink to wash your hands in.
Car park lacked signage for directions to enter hotel and ended up in Westfield for some time
The staff were absolutely lovely. We stayed after our wedding and it was just perfect. The breakfast was stunning, and our room was just fantastic. I can’t recommend it enough. We look forward to coming back for our anniversary next year. Thanks so much for making our stay so special.

The location
Cracking hotel in a great location with fantastic views from the restaurants over the city. Our room was really nice with a little balcony with a table and chairs. Breakfast was lovely and the staff can't do enough for you.
Lunch/dinner menu was limited.

The shower is nice size but would be better for increase water pressure
