Pros:

Basic but clean. Shower rail was broken, took a long time to get mixer shower temperature correct and water flow not very good. Beds clean and comfortable. Our room on 4th floor but there is a lift. Unexpected fees for dog (£10) - not sure why as there were no special amenities for dog. Also parking- thought this was included as I had searched for pet friendly and parking. Walkable to beach and some nice restaurants nearby.

Needs upgrading furnishing ,flooring ,,window covering, plumbing, still had shower curtains

The lift was tiny, claustrophobic.
Breakfast limited, coffee not good.
The two staff I met were pleasant
Wouldn't stay there again

Pros:

We stayed here for a night. It was a good getaway from the city. The property is older but well maintained. Wonderful staff and super easy. There is also a bar on the ground floor which was helpful.

Pros:

First - the reception door was looked with a number to call, which was down in the cafe.
Second - I paid upfront on booked and they had a problem with payment which caused a delay in checking in.
Third - the sofa and furniture in the room was heavily stained, with what I don’t want to think.
This was classed as a 3 star hotel, at best 1 star.
Unfortunately I want stay there on my next visit to Eastbourne.

No tea or coffee in and no WiFi in room. A 32 inch TV promised but only a tiny 21 inch TV stuck on a wall high up as far away as could be possible.

Pros:

No parking was a little annoying as the listing stated there was some limited spaces. The gentleman on reception was friendly but think its a bit much to charge so much just for 1 hour earlier checkin. Especially when you have children. The toilet in the room was not very clean. Looked like it wasnt flushed. Generally didnt feel super clean but sheets seemed clean and we were there for one night so we managed.
