Staff was absolutely amazing, from reception to cleaners, bartenders inclusive and exceptional waiter/waitress 👏 🙌

Service was excellent and attention to detail from staff was 10/10
Pros:

Lovely vibes in hotel, got a room upgrade when we checked in as I had let them know it was me and my partner’s 1st anniversary. A member of staff also brought up a free dessert and bottle of champagne to our room which was unexpected and very kind.
