Enjoyable
Pros:

Breakfast was fine, we were seated by the window , canal. So had a pleasent view.
Room was very spacious but there was a rumbling noise from the roof, like borders lifting up & down. Also a step-up when u open & close the door!!

Cons:

Didn't like the step-up to the room.

Most comfortable ,quiet room with the best bed I’ve ever slept in
Pros:

Staff were friendly,polite and attentive,absolutely wonderful ,the hotel was immaculately clean and the room was quiet .The bed was the most comfortable one I’ve ever slept in !

Ein Preis-Leistungsstarker Städtetrip
Pros:

Das Zimmer war wie ausgeschrieben bzw. in den Bildern aufgeführt. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich. Die Lage zur Stadt ist perfekt, sodass man nicht auf die Tram angewiesen ist.

Absolutely perfect hotel, I just keep coming back!
Pros:

This is my second time staying at this hotel and it was excellent, as always! I absolutely love how comfortable it is. The staff is always really friendly. It's right in the city centre, next to Picadilly Station. Very comfortable room and bed. Very clean, spacious and cozy,

Cons:

Nothing! Absolutely perfect hotel, very comfortable, cozy and clean. The only problem might be noise at night but it's coming from the street and it isn't hotel's fault. Maybe travel with ear plugs!

Great location, not so great pillows.
Pros:

The location was great, the amenities were nice, the room was spacious. Coffee was available in the room as well.

Cons:

The pillows were awful, couldn't sleep well. Asked for a replacement and although they were accommodating and commiserated with me, they weren't able to help me.

Comfortable beds!
Pros:

Very comfortable bed

Cons:

Heating was quite noisy so we turned it off. The road outside was quite noisy too but to be expected on a Saturday night in the city.

Top Ausgangspunkt um Manchester zu erkunden
Pros:

Mir hat sehr gefallen das uns beim Einchecken das Frühstück für den nächsten Morgen zu einem vergünstigten Preis angeboten wurde. Dieses Angebit haben wir angenommen und wurden am nächsten Morgen nicht enttäuscht, ein super Frühstück!
Die Betten waren sehr bequem und konnten für eine gute Erholung sorgen

Cons:

Fernbedienung war leider leer, somit konnte man abends den Fernseher leider nicht nutzen.
