Location, room cleanness, staff help and quick positive response
Room is very small such that in some cases i have to walk side way between the bed and the Tav to get out of bed.
Sehr schönes, modernes und zentral gelegenes Hotel. Es ist sehr ruhig, obwohl es direkt an der Bahnstation liegt und das Frühstück ist toll.
2 min walk from Piccadilly rail station, Joey on front desk was amazing, breakfast really good, lots of choice, bed really comfortable, shower great and walking distance, (30 minutes, well signposted) to the Etihad stadium.
Would definitely use again
Outside of building non descript and poorly signed - walked past it at first then google maps turned me around.
From the moment of arriving at the hotel the staff were exceptional - a super greeting from reception and very friendly - informative and not rushed.
The room was perfect - I was so surprised at the value for money. Lovely bedding - great comfort, big TV - clean and new bathroom - all perfect. Water in the fridge, coffee machine and tea making facilities - even an iron and ironing board!
Great location - plentiful breakfast with fab choices. Again the staff were all fab.
Would highly rate this hotel and hope to be back.
I will also be looking to see what other tribute hotels I could use in the future.

Absolutely nothing!
Loved it, fab place, lovely staff, lovely room. Just 1 tiny niggle, no coffee sachets just 4 coffee pods with no instruction on how to use the machine and a thimble of milk but I'll get over it and would definitely stay again but take my own coffee ☕️ 😀

It was central, nice and modern, a lot of spaces.
The breakfast was terrible. The food was not cooked well, over cooked and small amounts.

Prime location for Piccadilly train station and we were going to a concert in the etihad nice walk along the canal there and bk just a 30min walk
Friendly efficient staff, nice bar area, had the England match on. Good room with really nice bathroom, loved the black taps, shower head etc. Great water pressure and warm shower and the mirrors were lit, great for doing make up. Bed really comfy. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel.
Only one can of water in the fridge and one pack of biscuits, there were 2 of us in the room. Also, a strange smell on the landing and in the room, couldn't identify what it was .....

Air-condition not working properly , TV off and on. No way to reach reception on the phone no matter how many times tried. Awfully noisy if you book the junior suites at night with the homeless poor souls by the canal.
