Cons:

Never stayed in a hotel like this, Staff ignoring us at checkin they were on their phones manager wasn’t interested in helping too busy on his laptop, bar was dirty tables staff kitchen staff hanging around the bar just chatting ignoring everyone breakfast was cold and rubbish for the price again we were ignored for at least 15mins before coming over, staff were just kids no one adult in charge

Great Vibe. Great Aesthetic. Great Value.
Pros:

Great vibe, aesthetic and location were great. Great restaurant and the breakfast in the AM was very tasty.

Cons:

Bit noisy in my particular room (right outside what appeared to be a trash pickup, so the truck was there early and stayed a while.

The bed is comfortable, the location is good and close to the train station, and the room was clean.

Cons:

The hotel was fully booked, and as a result, the front desk did not answer the phone. We wanted an extra pillow and blanket, but we had to go downstairs ourselves only to find out that, because the hotel was full, they were unable to provide them. The walls in the room are relatively thin, so you can occasionally hear the neighbors. The shower water pressure was weak.

Pensavo meglio!
Pros:

Posizione ottima vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Piccadilly. Camera ben attrezzata, letto comodo.

Cons:

La ragazza che ci ha accolto alla reception non è stata molto gentile. Sbrigativa e visibilmente scocciata se non capivamo qualcosa. Il ragazzo invece è stato molto carino.
La parte interna della porta della camera era piena di impronte e sul comodino c'era un depliant estremamente impolverato. Non dovrebbe accadere in un 4 stelle.
Abbiamo pagato circa 20 euro in più rispetto alla prenotazione, senza che ci fosse spiegato il motivo.

Top Lage, modern, freundlich!
Pros:

Sehr modern, sauber und komfortabel. Top Lage nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Manchester Piccadilly entfernt. Besonders freundlicher Mitarbeiter während der Nachtschicht - Check-in nach Mitternacht kein Problem und sogar kostenloses Upgrade erhalten. Vielen Dank!
