Gorgeous property in an excellent location. As the hotel is new the decor and rooms were beautiful and the design was wonderful. Very clean and very friendly staff
Our room was very hot even with the air con on and we had a room next to an exterior door which was quite noisy at night time with other guests going in and out to get to the lifts

The staff were extremly warm and inviting and showed genuine interest. They pointed out ways to see the best view, taxis etc. Very friendly from check in to check out
That the continental breakfast was cleared away before 11 and wasnt refreshed with bread
Location was great. Close to pubs and restaurants. Staff were all, without exception, friendly, efficient and all enjoyed their job. Rooms were clean and The Temple Spa products were a lovely touch.

The venue is beautiful, very classy and super clean, but it's the staff that make this hotel. They couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.
Nothing really, I loved it all.
The location was good, easily found from Lime Street Station; all the staff we came into contact with during our stay were engaging, helpful, positive and extremely competent. We were allocated an upgrade in our room which was spotless, well presented and maintained. Breakfast was brilliant and really good value. We also ate in the hotel restaurant which offered small plates and the service, food and general ambience were excellent.
