Very nice, super clean, great location, very quiet
Pros:

Great location, but still very quiet.
Great room, good interior design, could turn off AirCon, very clean.
Liked the option to have / not have room made.

Cons:

As in may hotels, it takes a bit to figure out how to operate the various lights in the room.
Would have liked if the venue had been able to issue an invoice rather than saying they couldn't because I booked via booking.com.

We loved it!
Pros:

The decor was fantastic. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I liked that the toiletries were mounted and refillable and other eco-conscious touches.

No fan in shower/toilet room

The food was cold, and the restaurant staff were rude! Room service was delivered uncovered and the food was cold and childrens meals missing.

Fashionable, welcoming city centre hotel with excellent breakfast.
Pros:

Smart, trendy decor. Exceptionally welcoming staff. Very comfortable, well-appointed room. Above-average breakfast.

Cons:

Room was a bit too warm overnight and aircon a bit noisy. No opening window.

The hotel is relatively new and everyone working there was lovely.
