Best hotel in Liverpool we will come back.
Pros:

Everything - we have tried many different hotels in Liverpool and hands down this wins. Lovely staff, comfortable room, excellent bar and good food including room service. Nothing was too much trouble - full marks in every respect.

Cons:

That we didn’t stay one more night!

Pros:

Fabulous staff, we have stayed here a few times. Unfortunately it is usually connected to hopital visits, once we are free from these visits we shall shall again and enjoy the social side to f Liverpool in your fab hotel. As my son does as a regular visitor to Liverpool!

Perfect location for our mini moon
Pros:

The design, the beds were so comfortable and the bathroom was perfect. The hotel was clean and we could tell that the staff were proud of the hotel

Wish there was a pool ;) - there was nothing we didn’t like!

Great, relaxing stay!
Pros:

Food choices and quality superb and staff incredibly helpful and friendly. Relaxed atmosphere. Special mention to Dimitri and Mya in the restaurant for our evening meal.

Hotel was amazing. Great staff, beautiful facilities, central location. It was our anniversary and they gave us a card and present and could avail of early check in once available. Will be back, highly recommend.
