We've stayed at the Halyard before and loved it, so knew what to expect. And the team delivered
Pros:

The obvious stuff is that it's a lovely venue, good location for central Liverpool but easy to get to and park close-by too. But the more memorable bit is that the staff there are really friendly, helpful and that makes the halyard feel realy welcoming.

We loved our stay—beautiful décor, friendly staff, and a wonderful experience from start to finish.

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was beautifully decorated, with so much attention to detail that made it feel really welcoming and stylish. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist with anything we needed. They really made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful experience and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Perfect, clean, modern, relaxing stay. 100% recommended and nothing not to like.
Pros:

What amazing staff. So friendly, greeted with a smile and a welcome; nothing too much trouble and super helpful with knowledge of the local area.
The hotel entrance was welcoming and very calming, that was the general feel of the hotel, very calming and almost spa like. That was probably the lovely smells and clean environment.
Our room was lovely, everything we needed and more. The little but important things like USB sockets next to the bed, small dressing table with mirror plus a full length mirror and coat hooks (surprisingly many hotels don’t have these basic things when proper stay often to go out and want to check themselves out in a large mirror before leaving the room!)
The shower was lovely and the toilettes included smelt amazing, adding to the spa like feeling.
The bed was huge and so comfy: the room was very clean and the TV very informative with al everything included in there about the hotel.
Breakfast was lovely, so much choice and cooed to order with waitress service and as much tea/coffee/juice as we wanted. Both cooked options and the Continental choice had us in a quandary what to choose there was a fantastic choice.
The location is only a 10 minute walk all from all the shops at Liverpool One but the surrounding area is also lovely and some great bars around.
Perfect stay and would recommend to anyone. We will definitely stay again now we have found this gem of a hotel.

Great hotel, super friendly staff, reception smells divine.
Pros:

Fabulous position, close to everything you could need, great decor, super friendly and efficient staff

Cons:

The bed was way too hard for my liking but my husband disagreed. Service charges automatically added to bills and whilst service was good, I’d like to choose how much to tip
