Amazing decor and location

This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. The service was impeccable from the moment I walked in. The receptionist, the bar and restaurant staff. The food was also very good as well as the breakfast. Lovely modern room!

Lovely stay with a great location. Breakfast choice fantastic with really nice waiters. Reception staff were very welcoming. Great room with a walk in shower. Fabulous! Would highly recommend staying here when in Liverpool.
My only gripe and it’s just one of frustration really. The bar staff at night time take ages preparing your drinks. It happened the last time we stayed. There was only us and another couple on this occasion but the junior bar man forgot our order having been told it 3 seconds earlier. Perhaps it had been a long night.

We had a fantastic stay at The Halyard in Liverpool. From the moment we arrived, the front desk team gave us a genuinely warm welcome that set the tone for the whole visit. A nice touch was being personally walked to the lift while they explained the hotel’s facilities it immediately felt thoughtful and well-managed.
The hotel itself felt brand new and spotless throughout. Our bedroom was spacious, comfortable, and cosy, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The shower was excellent with strong water pressure, and the TV worked perfectly with smart features, which was a bonus. We also had a lovely view over the city.
The location is ideal close to plenty of great areas, with lots of places nearby to eat, drink, and explore.
Breakfast was included and enjoyable, with good quality options. A slightly wider selection would have made it even better, but it was still a great start to the day.
Overall, we would definitely stay again. What really made the experience stand out was the reception staff—their friendliness and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable.

They honoured my special request which was made our stay for the Everton match even more special. Great staff, gorgeous rooms and perfect location!
Only thing we noticed was that the air con was slightly weak, other than that perfect!
