Brilliant location, walkable to shops, restaurants, bars etc. Very friendly staff and the interior was stunning, lobby had a lovely smell also! Room was spacious and modern, it was nice that there were some drinks in the mini bar fridge and lovely surprise to get a complimentary drink at the bar to celebrate my partner’s birthday, a great start to the mini getaway - thank you!
The lighting on the vanity mirror wasn’t the best, but the sink mirror was great. Also the shower water guard on the door wasn’t fit properly so water did flood slightly in bathroom, leaving the bath towel very soggy, however very minor issues

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at The Halyard and it is of high standards each time. The concierges are always helpful and staff extremely pleasant even though you were busy and had queues.

Think I might have found my new favourite hotel in Liverpool!
As soon as I walked in, I received a warm greeting. The check-in process was very quick. The decor and layout of the room is beautiful, and the great use of space with the iron behind the mirror. All staff that I encountered were very friendly and helpful and you can tell that they enjoy working there.
The hotel is a short walk from the main shopping centre and there are shops, cafes and restaurants very near to the hotel.
I will definitely be back!!!!

Location perfect, Room very cleverly laid out and some nice thoughtful touches such as the complimentary drinks in the fridge, and providing wine glasses. Excellent shower as well. Bed was a little firm for me, but thats just me. The breakfast was exceptional, but the service was very good as well. Nothing was too much trouble for the team, and they were constantly checking if we needed anything else. Lastly, the reception team were also excellent, and the concierges by the front desk were very welcoming and friendly, and happily offered suggestions and directions

Customer service from Billy was amazing. Check-in was easy and my room was amazing.
Location was great, comfy beds and cushions. Quiet although in a busy area.
Although I was at the 5th floor, in the mornings, my room smelt like breakfast. Somehow the smell from the breakfast area (at the ground floor) was reaching to my room. (Maybe via bathroom ventilation system). The tap and the sink were so close to each other (bad design), it was very difficult to wash hands and also fill a glass.

The hotel is in a great location. Staff were lovely. We arrived 2 hours before check in, and was given a room straight away.
Room was beautiful, we had a mini bar with a few different flavours of water.
