Pros:

The rooms were so stylish and well-considered. We were so impressed with the practicality and comfort of it all. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the location is ideal...quiet but close to key attractions/areas.

Cons:

Nothing, it was perfect. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Mooi hotel, fijne ontvangst, fantastische ligging, alles was erg schoon en de kamers waren prachtig.

Cons:

Het klimaat in de kamers was echt belabberd. Het was echt snikheet, er konden geen ramen open en het systeem blies geen koele lucht naar binnen. We hebben 's nachts met natte handdoeken in onze nek gelegen om een beetje te kunnen slapen. We zagen er zelfs tegenop om weer richting kamer te gaan. We verbleven twee nachten en direct na aankomst al melding van gemaakt. Helaas is er niets met onze feedback gedaan. Dan kan het hotel nog zo prachtig zijn, als het klimaat belabberd is kom je er niet meer terug.

Try it, you won’t be disappointed!
Pros:

Staff were helpful, supportive and attentive. The hotel was extremely comfortable, spacious and well located on Duke Street half way between the magnificent cathedral and Liverpool One.
Cannot recommend this establishment highly enough.

The lighting in the rooms - it seemed quite dark. Also the bathroom was awkward with the separate sink.
