Solid Micro-Hotel in a Good Location

Teleurstellend
Pros:

Centrale ligging, fijne douches

Cons:

Geboekte kamers gesitueerd in onderliggend gebouw met geen opengaande ramen, enkel dakraam. Kamer is zo klein dat er geen plek is voor koffers. Geen garderobekast voor schone kleren dus je leeft vanuit je koffer.
Uiteindelijk 100 euro meer betaald voor een upgrade van 1 kamer. Hier wel opengaande ramen en meer ruimte maar nog steeds geen garderobekast. Voor de andere kamer zonder bijbetaling verhuisd naar kamer op bovenetage. Weliswaar met opengaand raam maar deze kamer was zo krap dat er net een twijfelaar tussen de 2 muren paste. Laat staan een garderobekast...

Verder liet het ontbijt te wensen over. Karig aanbod, te kleine ruimte, geen afzuiging terwijl er gekookt werd. Allemaal heel amateuristisch. Dit was het bijboeken echt niet waard waardoor we hier slechts 1 keer van gebruik hebben gemaakt. We hebben de andere ochtend elders ontbeten.

Al met al teleurstellend en uiteindelijk meer g els kwijt dan verwacht vanwege deze omstandigheden.

Het personeel was ondanks alle ontevredenheid wel heel erg beleefd en vriendelijk.

Bed fine, no hot water…
Pros:

Located where needed

Cons:

No hot water. All I needed was a bed and a shower. Staff couldn’t do anything and said they’d need to “confirm” this issue after I’d left and get in touch; they didn’t.
