La nostra stanza era al piano -1 e si sentiva qualche rumore, anche se sui comodini ci hanno fatto trovare i tappi per orecchie. Molto piccola con pochissimo spazio per riporre i bagagli

Cons:

Bed was hard, doors had massive gaps underneath them onto the corridoor. Very noisy not only from corridor noise, talking, slamming doors, but its on a busy main road in central london. The busses rattle the building but the double glazing should be sound proof tripled for the front of the building. Very noisy from outside at night. No lift,

The guy who makes the breakfast has good intentions using disposible gloves. However you arnt suppose to make coffee with them in at the coffee machine, write with a pen, pick up fresh produce, open fridges and keep washing your hands with gloves on. Thats poor food hygiene. You are meant to dispose of them everytime you do not handle food, replacing gloves via every operation.

Breakfast is poor really. Id just not bother offering it.

Close to Zero Stars. Definitely Not a 4-Star Hotel and Overpriced for What It Offers
Pros:

Central place of London close to the Metro and train stations

Cons:

The room was located in the basement, which was not specified in advance. The single rooms were separated by plasterboard walls, so everything could be heard, and the entire room would shake whenever a door was closed. I also found a stain on one of the pillowcases that appeared to be blood.
