Chambre pas très insonorisé
Location was okay
Very small room for 2 adults and their cases.
Location good. The staff were very courteous, although the breakfast was poor. The TV was annoying as there was a voice-over, and most channels were not accessible without signing in. The road was very noisy.
Breakfast - limited choice and very average

Great location for St Pancras, less than 10 minutes walk, which was perfect for an overnight stay before catching the Eurostar. Staff were all really friendly, polite and professional, and we were kindly upgraded on arrival which was a lovely surprise. The room was clean, modern and comfortable with a nice bathroom, decent shower, air con, kettle and thoughtful little extras like dental and shaving kits. Our room also had two windows that opened which was great for fresh air and a real bonus.
The stairs were narrow and there is no lift, so worth bearing in mind with luggage. Our room at the front had some road noise, which is understandable on a busy London road, and the walls are quite thin so you can hear other guests. The bathroom extractor fan also didn’t work at all. Breakfast was probably the weakest part, with only a few hot options and a very small breakfast space, so it felt quite limited and a bit basic for the price paid.

The location was great and worked well using the Eurostar. The breakfast was a bit underwhelming but sufficient.
We felt the photograph of the room we booked was a bit misleading and it was certainly "compact"! A shelf to place items on would have been helpful.
The hot water
No seat in the room, nowhere to put my case except the floor, consant doors banging until after 2am
The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was a good size and comfortable. The shower was lovely and spacious considering the size of the bathroom, same goes for the bed, and there was also a thermostat in the room. We also had a TV with lots of channels/streaming options which was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly. There was also a nice variety of food at breakfast. The hotel is in a great location as it’s very close to King’s Cross station, and the noise from the station was minimal.
The only issue I had was that our room was visible from the window in the corridor, so we had to keep the curtains drawn for privacy. This wasn’t a massive issue as we were only there late at night and early in the morning, but wouldn’t have been ideal if we were staying longer. It would have also been nice to have a small table and chair so I had somewhere to sit to do my makeup and hair rather than sitting on the floor, again we weren’t there long so it didn’t bother me too much.

Windowless room, I knew that when I booked it, but I found it claustrophobic.
