Pros:

Cleanliness of the room and location were magnificent

Cons:

Options at breakfast on the eggs as i prefer fried to scrambled eggs but otherwise it was perfect

Two night stay was up to and beyond our expectation.
Pros:

The staff were possibly the friendliest and happiest I have met. There is clearly a management culture in place to make the staff feel this way. Breakfast choices were good, possibly should also offer boiled eggs as well as scrambled.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.

A welcome retreat after a bad experience elsewhere. Welcoming, friendly staff & great facilities.
Pros:

I booked last minute after an awful experience at another hotel & they couldn’t have been more helpful or welcoming. As a woman on my own they offered me a room near the lift without asking & the corridors & communal areas were bright & welcoming. The location was also great for eating out & a drink with my daughter in the evening. The room was clean & comfortable, especially for such a good value hotel. I didn’t try the breakfast so can’t comment on that.

Cons:

Nothing at all. Great hotel.

My happy place
Pros:

The staff was absolutely 💯 amazing nothing is to much bother at this hotel .they do go that extra mile from greeting you when you check in. There very informative very pleasant and the housekkeepers. Do an amazing job I really can not fault this hotel they are so organized

Coffee was nice. Beds comfortable.room clean.
