Enjoyable would stay again
Pros:

Easy to find check in was straight forward and reception staff excellent. Rooms comfy and clean breakfast was hot and very tasty lots of choice. I would stay here again

Hotel molto di charme, esteticamente delizioso e pulito,posizione comoda e tranquilla

Cons:

Un pochino più di varietà nella prima colazione non guasterebbe( più tipi di yogurt e della frutta fresca)

It was so bad shit dirty nightmare full of stress

Literally nothing everything was bad everything was just so awful

Cons:

The service the workers being rude everything so bad even the rooms inside are not clean and there’s dirt all around the walls everywhere ,the bathroom had spiderwebs everywhere the shower only with cold water and the room is was so cold asw the heaters doesn’t work and about the breakfast that’s included it’s so disgusting and the coffee machine doesn’t even work


Everything was so terrifying an awful it was just a nightmare and at the end I got scammed and they started asking for my passport for no reason and each one of the workers say something that’s different from the other even the manager him self and when I asked for a refund they never gave me it

Da wollen wir nicht mehr hin.
Pros:

Positiv war das sehr saubere Bad, kein Schimmel oder alte Fugen. Auch das Housekeeping hat einen sehr guten Job gemacht. Die Lage ist auch super, mittendrin mit Bushaltestelle vor der Tür.

Cons:

Wir hatten Twin Betten gebucht und nicht bekommen, auf Nachfrage wurden wir professionell abgearbeitet ohne ein Resultat. Das angebotene Sofa mussten wir ablehnen, weil als über 70jährige wir nicht auf einem Sofa schlafen und das ja auch nicht gebucht hatten. Die Matratze auf dem Doppelbett war sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Qualität des Frühstücks war nicht optimal, Rührei aus dem Tetrapack und noch gefrorenes Obst sollte nicht der Standard eines Holiday Inn sein. Im Resultat waren wir dort unzufrieden, was bei uns Vielreisenden eher selten vorkommt. Wir haben uns als Gäste nicht wahrgenommen gefühlt, es gab auch keinen Gruß beim Auschecken, obwohl ein Mitarbeiter am Tresen saß.

Cons:

Ac was broke so the first night we could not sleep. Breakfast not good dry eggs . Nothing but butter to put on bread . No cheese no ham no vegtables
