The location and staff were great but, disappointed overall.

The location was perfect. The staff helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The breakfast was not upto the standard I have experienced before at a Holiday Inn. The scrambled eggs were disgusting. Who in this day and age uses powdered egg? There was no other choice of eggs. We were told it is company policy to use powdered egg in every Holiday In .Sausages or were average. The room was small and the duvet did not fit the bed. The view was a brick wall. The hotel bar had very little choice.

The eggs at breakfast, didn’t taste like fresh scrambled egg so avoided after the first day.

Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is in an excellent location, only 10 mins walk to Albert Dock. The hotel was spotless and very comfortable.

Cons:

The only little niggle and it is little, is that breakfast is very geared towards meat eaters.As a vegetarian the choice is very limited.

It’s well located with a modern, fresh interior.

Cons:

Sticky stain in bedroom carpet & not much water pressure in the shower.
Appalling scrambled egg (presumably powdered) no option for fried or poached eggs.
