Pros:

the hotel was really nice, fresh and clean. the welcome was friendly and all staff were helpful. the room was lovely and again very clean, and the room also had an iron, ironing board and hairdryer. this is great and you don't always see this in other hotels.

cant think of anything as it was all good for my stay

Great hotel
Pros:

A very nice hotel. Staff were friendly. The staff allowed us to check in early if we became members. This was very handy. The hotel is very close to restaurants, bars, clubs and all the tourists attractions. All at walking distance. The room was spacious, modern and quiet. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. There was a bar and restaurant on the ground floor. Handy for a late night drink or snack. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay here again. Liverpool was a vibrant city. It exceeded my expectations.

Pros:

Hotel was very clean and staff very friendly. Room was very well cleaned, soundproofed very well couldn't hear other people from the adjoining room.

Cons:

Room wasn't available when checking in and eventually had to change our room type so we could check in. Two separate bars with two completely different prices for the same drinks.

Una buena opción para pasar unos días de turismo en Liverpool
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta. Está a 10 minutos andando de la zona del puerto y de la estación principal de tren y a 5 minutos de una zona comercial. Las principales atracciones turísticas se encuentran cerca, por lo que nunca supone una caminata de más de media hora. El desayuno es sencillo, pero hay opciones tanto dulces como saladas. La limpieza es excepcional.

Cons:

El desayuno no tenía muchas opciones vegetarianas/veganas en el buffet (aunque sí que es verdad que se pueden solicitar al personal)

Beat all expectations!
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, the staff also went out of their way to accommodate my early check in, which helped immensely. Breakfast was better than expected, and again, the staff encountered were all attentive and courteous.
