Lovely room and location. Poor front of house customer care
Pros:

Lovely room. Great location. Nice breakfast buffet with attentive staff

Cons:

I was staying in a premium suite for two days which was lovely. I was working in it during the day while my daughter was at an event. I asked for extra coffee in the room but was told I had to buy it from the bar. I was messaged 4 hours later to say I had misunderstood but I had not. By then I didn’t want more coffee. Also when I asked for more milk, I had to ring again after 45 mins. Poor for a premium room in a premium hotel

A lovely, comfortable stay in a stylish hotel with friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Reception staff were excellent and we had a great meal and comfortable stay.

Cons:

It wasn’t totally clear which car park was endorsed by the hotel so we ended up paying slightly over the odds.

Great Hotel with Immediate Access to Coventry Station
Pros:

So, great location if you're attending an event in the NEC (Birmingham). The hotels around the NEC will get exorbitantly expensive but this is a fantastic alternative. It's right beside Coventry Station and from there it's a £3 return and 10 minute journey straight to Birmingham International Station (attached to the NEC). This is what I did for the three days I attended the Arnold Classic UK in March 2026. The hotel itself is lovely; great décor/feel, very comfortable beds, a large waterfall shower (important for us big gents who are the typical audience for a bodybuilding and fitness expo!) and an excellent breakfast (continental and English options including real sausages - not those silly little finger things you get in most hotel breakfasts these days). Overall, excellent VfM!

Pros:

Location great, I used car but right next to station. Car area is just great, make sure you keep it fresh and new looking

Cons:

Nothing really. Milk for my morning tea would’ve been good though. Also, I did try to book 3 weeks earlier for a different event, but the price was £242 just because it was 2 days before. I stayed elsewhere so pricing strategy odd as you judge a booking as a result.

Hotel Indigo exceeded my expectations. Great location, lovely interior, and a tasty breakfast.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location (I spotted the logo as soon as I exited the train station) and the room was very clean. The breakfast was tasty, the staff friendly, and overall felt very comfortable.

Cons:

The tv had some very old channels on it and was a bit tricky to navigate as it kept going to a blank black screen and I couldn't find the WIFI the reception wrote down so I ended up using my hotspot
