Pros:

The beetroot falafel was inedible but the rest of the vege breakfast was good. The next morning they said it wasn't available, i was delighted for the other guests. The rooms were spotless and the suites comfortable and well placed. The chef/cook (& server) at times was completely overworked but he did his absolute best and delivered a great service. Can't ask for a better location and the bed was bit and comfortable.

Cons:

Reception on arrival wasn't nice & kept robotically repeating no late checkout available, which of course wasn't true. Subsequent staff lifted the mood, bar staff was great & other reception staff were fine. My first restaurant staff delivered offered seated service or buffet but messed the order up & forgot my toast. I chose buffet for the other days and got a much better experience.
None of the order from room worked on the tv. The restaurant closed before closing so I missed an in-house food opportunity
Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Fabulous stay
Pros:

Great location, very stylish and chic hotel. The room was beautiful, the shower was great, the bed was comfortable, and it was a great value for what I paid. I will definitely be back and recommend it

Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic. All the staff at the hotel were really welcoming.

Cons:

The floor was dirty in the breakfast room on Sunday morning. But it was very clean on the other days I stayed.

Pleasant stay for one night
Pros:

Great location next to the station, spacious room, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and restaurant had good options for dinner.

Cons:

Room had a bad smell which it felt was trying to be covered up by air fresheners plugged in and it didn’t feel very clean especially in shower and in corners around bed where there was hair and dirt

A comfortable and quiet stay in a nice modern hotel in close proximity to Coventry train station.
Pros:

The close proximity to Coventry train station adds to the positive elements of this hotel. The reception team are very helpful as are the restaurant team.

Great location, stylish and comfortable
Pros:

I loved the interior design. The hotel is very chic and modern but very cosy. We enjoyed the bar which had a good atmosphere unlike typical hotel bars. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The location was ideal next to the train station and a short stroll into town. I will definitely be staying again 🙂

My go to place when I travel to Coventry because it’s lovely every time
Pros:

This is my preferred hotel when I’m travelling to Coventry for work. I find the beds really comfortable, the decor love, staff are very professional and the food is good. And it’s the consistency that I really appreciate as well.
