Pros:

The service was non-existent except for the front desk. In 5 days, I was given one towel, a tiny bar of soap and there was no service for rooms. Very safe as there are locks everywhere. Room is white and sterile. Internet is unstable. Great location and walkable.

Pros:

The location is brilliant and very close to University College London, Covent Garden, Fitzrovia, etc., I walked most places, but several tube stations are within a 5-10 minutes walk. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The room is simple, but super clean and had an ensuite bathroom with powerful shower and lots of hot water. Reception desk staffed 24/7 and I felt very safe as a single female traveller.

Pros:

It's some years since I last stayed at Astor College, and I eas delighted to be back. These are student rooms, so don't expect five star hotel luxury, but my bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the showers was superb and the temperature easily controlled. A huge plus for this venue is the location - easy walking distance to Tottenham Court Road and to Oxford Street. The area, Fitzrovia, has a very pleasant ambience, with lots of restaurants and cafés, and just a very pleasant, relaxing feel. Warren Street and Goodge Street tube stations are close.
