Lovely stay
Pros:

The hotel is located very close to the town centre, ideal location. The staff are nice and attentive; especially Meredith who was a great help throughout the stay

Perfekte Unterkunft für Rochdale und Umgebung
Pros:

Alles, die Zimmer super gestylt, echt sauber und mit vielen USB-A und C Anschlüssen ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage am neuen Einkaufszentrum der Stadt und Parkhaus neben an, macht den Aufenthalt bequem. Herausragend ist jedoch das auffallend freundliche Personal an der Rezeption. Wir hatten eine ältere Dame mit, welche sich wunderbar umsorgt bzw. aufgehoben fühlte. Hier ein ausdrückliches Danke an Meredith! Zudem selten bessere Betten gehabt. Frühstücksbuffet auch von guter Qualität. Top!

Good value of money and peaceful place to stay.

Near and clean and all necessary amenities are provided

Cons:

Everything was good. Only thing which I didn’t like is tea and coffee service is not that great. No milk provided. Went to reception to get some milk but nothing provided.

Have your breakfast early to avoid issues
Pros:

The room was comfy with big bed , big tv ,large fridge, big shower ,access to a safe ,tea ,coffee ect ,the breakfast was decent when I finally got it

Cons:

The view was just building across the way ,no balcony but for the price was not too bothered ,we had issues at breakfast at around 9am ,room was still full of people for breakfast ,toasters was turned off ,no bread left ,other stuff was missing and you had to ask staff ,one staff member was very unhelpful by saying he does not know when I asked where cutlery was ,staff turned on the toaster,I put my toast in and turned around to speak to my partner to then turn back and find some women stealing my toast ,I ended up saying have it as I dont like people touching my food but I feel becsuse there was a shortage of food items and bread this is why it happened ,I relise the staff was struggling but if you get breakfast with your accommodation then you should get it ,my partner had nothing to eat ,im sad to give this review as we loved the accommodation, bare in mind also its £5 for 24 hours parking

Convenient and friendly and clean with excellent bed.
Pros:

Room was lovely and the bed huge. Staff were cool.

Cons:

Breakfast was not great as things were running out at 9am and not being quickly refilled.
