Food, breakfast was quite good, the dinner menu was dire, as was the food. Ate the same food for 4 nights as the small menu didn’t change. If perhaps they changed it now and again to something a bit more edible it would be good. People I noticed where sending for takeout, being disabled I didn’t trust myself to receive it.

Car parking could have been explained better by staff not knowing that I had to register every time I used the car park it cost me an extra £15 but would still book again

I would have liked free parking. It cost us £10 in the municipal car park across the road.

What more could you ask
Modern, well-appointed rooms (love the mini-Smeg fridges) with comfortable beds and perfect air-conditioning (very quiet and effective). The lobby/breakfast/sitting area is spacious and well-laid out. Buffet breakfast is good. We travel with our dog, so we appreciate our dog being able to stay too. We have stayed here several times and have always enjoyed being there.
Parking is in a public car park (special rate for hotel guests) across the road from the hotel. There is only a small layby (2 - 3 cars max) to offload luggage etc., supposedly max 20 minute stay. We noticed one car parked there the whole weekend, which makes it difficult for guests. Suggest there is better monitoring of the layby.
