The only thing that was unpleasant was that during breakfast, the staff cleans the tables with household chemicals, spraying them with a chemical spray in front of people eating. As a doctor, I would like to say this is unacceptable. Tables can be wiped with a damp cloth dipped in a solution containing a small amount of disinfectant. However, disinfectant spray should only be used after everyone has finished eating and left. It's important to remember that allergy rates are very high these days, and many people are allergic to household chemicals. I am one of them. Therefore, I would recommend that my suggestions be taken into account. Thank you.

Only complaint is second day breakfast was very busy and had to ask for things to get replenished
The breakfast was excellent
The carpets in the lift area and passages were looking grubby with spillages and foot dirt and not in keeping with the new hotel appearance.
The staff also suffered the key making facility failure that evening.
