Comfortable, but room disapppointing for the price.
Pros:

I was working at Biggin Hill Airport so the location was very convenient. Room was clean and comfortable, food was good, staff were friendly and efficient.

Cons:

I was staying for 3 nights and the room was clearly not designed for anyone spending more than a night there. There were no drawers to put any clothes in and the "wardrobe" was just one hanging rail in an open alcove. I was disappointed with the room for the price. There was not even a face flannel provided in the bathroom.

Very good hotel, friendly staff: highly recommended.
Pros:

The breakfast, both cooked or the the buffet was very good and with plenty of choice. The cooked breakfast was prepared to order and the buffet breakfast had a choice of cereals, rolls, croissants, fruit and even come meats so you would never be without something to eat of a morning.

Cons:

I was very pleased with the hotel - more drawer space for clothes would be useful.

Great experience, different to normal hotels

Good hotel but the bar could be better.
Pros:

Clean, modern hotel. Convenient location with free parking.

Cons:

The bar seemed to attach a lot of non-hotel customers who treated it as a "boozer" rather than the refined hotel bar it once was. The choice of food seems to have become more mainstream rather than being just a little bit different, which it used to be.
