Lovely boutique hotel, rooms beautifully decorated and staff very friendly.

Lovely room, and reception service. Breakfast arrangements were disorganised and the staff were too busy to be attentive. All cereal options were all branded and processed. A muesli would be a good addition. Only full fat milk was available. My flat white coffee was extremely milky. Limited fruit and overall I didn’t consider the breakfast to be good value.

We booked as a group of 3 female adults expecting a room with a double bed and a full size sofa bed, however the sofa bed provided was only suitable for children and not for a 5ft6 woman (legs hung over the end). We spoke to the hotel who then wheeled up a folding bed which was even worse. When you book a room for 3 adults you expect 3 proper beds. The hotels itself is lovely and very elegantly decorated and the room was lovely. The continental breakfast isn’t up to much and consisted of 1 pastry each and a choice of Rice Krispies or weatabix and some whole fruit although the coffee was delicious.

A beautiful building which has been very tastefully decorated. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was impressive. Our bedroom and bathroom were quite small but very well designed and very comfortable.

The continental breakfast was very basic and should at least have included some toast. We therefore ordered off the breakfast menu.

Very comfortable , modern hotel , newly refurbished room with lovely staff . I was on a business trip but I felt like I was on holiday .

Had a lovely night stay , was late checking in just after 11pm , was welcomed by staff member who was very professional, he offered to carry our bags up to our room , showed us how things worked in the room eg the aircon /heating panel .
Beds were so comfortable a great night sleep had . Breakfast was continental, included in price of stay , good selection of items . Excellent service throughout the stay .Transport links on your door step , bus station , train station.We stayed here for the Neighbourhood weekend, it was about a 20 min walk to Victoria Park
Definitely would recommend and would stay again

Very nice rooms and staff

It was very quiet when we stayed as it was Easter weekend and it is mainly used for corporate/ business folk .
The place is very nice , clean and been furnished in a modern style. Beds are very comfy and the continental breakfast was more than adequate !
It was a shame they don’t have a restaurant currently.
It’s right next to the Railway Station so would make it easy to get the train to Liverpool or Manchester etc so would also suit tourists. It is central Warrington do isn’t exactly a nice area but once you are inside you wouldn’t know. They have their own parking which was great.
We were visiting family so we only slept there. The second night we were the only guests there. There isn’t anything in the hotel currently eg no bar , coffee station etc

Very nice hotel. Very helpful staff who carried our luggage to our room. Bed very comfortable. Air conditioning very efficient as was heating. Great shower. Small basin . Good number of plug sockets. Tv ok when we worked out how to use it. Good amount of tea , coffee and biscuits. Bottled water great
Breakfast was pleasant and served with a smile. You had to order the night before . Great coffee

What an amazing little gem…… so unexpected….. greeting, hospitality and level of service was 5 star. The room and bathroom spotless with everything we could need including drinking chocolate and lovely large cups for our morning cuppa. Bed linen and towels beautifully fresh and snowy white. Excellent stay x

Great staff, clean well decorated room. Comfy and a great shower. Let down by Breakfast as lacking a chef currently.

Quality and decor of room was excellent. The room was just too small and felt enclosed. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice.

This recent conversion of a former bank has been executed to a very high standard. The rooms and bathrooms are tastefully modern and comfortable. The staff were most helpful and obviously keen to please. There is also very good on site parking.

We stayed at Parr’s Hall hotel as it was the venue for our son’s wedding.Beautiful old building which has been decorated and furnished tastefully.
Check in was straightforward and efficient. The rooms were of good size and the bathroom had a very efficient shower.
Comfortable bed and good sleep.

Beautiful restored hotel ,lovely room .

Room was nice (small but nice), sink is a crazy small size and impossible to have a shave without flooding the floor. AC was great, shower was very good however if you want to watch TV you have to cast from your phone or watch YouTube. Apps on the TV need your own accounts to use them such as ITVX. Would have been happy with a couple of channels, news etc.

Ordered breakfast from the dining room, service was deathly slow and there were only two people seated, both were eating continental so not much to do. I ordered Full English which arrived burnt and inedible, sent back and refused to pay £10 for a poor meal. Left the hotel with a croissant in my hand, got a great breakfast at the station! Will not use this hotel again sadly, beautiful inside.
