The location is great, you are close to everything in the centre, and we loved how easy it was to get back to the hotel after a night out. The bed was sooo comfy! we had a great sleep. The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The only thing I can complain about is that there was no remote in the room for the TV, and late in the night, our sink became blocked and wouldn't drain. With that being said, they had a WhatsApp number for any issues to be reported, and we were assisted very quickly! Very efficient service and would definitely stay again.

Excellent location in the city and a very decent sized room and bathroom.
The lighting in the room and bathroom is not good. Literally getting ready in the dark even during peak daylight outside. That said, the lighting was good for sleeping with fantastic black out curtains. Room also wasn’t ready quite ready at check in time and the room initially had a strong smell of damp.

Basement room no windows, dirty in all corners of room and bathroom. Noise from bar above this basement room. Hot water took a VERY long time to come through
Beautifully decorated, trendy, modern hotel with really comfortable beds and generous sized rooms. Location is amazing for the nightlife and shops.

Big rooms, clean, big bed & I messaged about parking and they told me the nearest car park and gave a discount code to use for it to which was so handy being a 3 min walk

Location is convenient for exploring the city. The room is very clean!
If there must be one thing to mention is about the deposit system. There are not many hotels asking for deposits nowadays but we don’t mind this. It’s a very clean and cosy hotel! Just mention for others who may care about the checkin and checkout process.
