Pros:

La struttura è davvero molto bella! Unica pecca la stanza era molto fredda. Ci siamo lamentate con il personale, ma non hanno sistemato la situazione. I riscaldamenti erano spenti o proprio non funzionanti perché abbiamo provato ad accenderlo ma senza successo. È stato piuttosto sgradevole. Per il resto il posto è stupendo. La tenuta è pazzesca ed il cibo molto buono.

Un nuit dans un manoir bien rénové et bien entretenu.
Pros:

La qualité du manoir (intérieur et extérieurs) ainsi que du parc.
Excellent breakfast au calme dans une salle à manger de grande taille et bien décorée.

A let down for the cost involved
Pros:

The property was beautiful and in a beautiful location

Cons:

It was quite dirty, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable and the breakfast was absolutely awful, I paid extra to have breakfast and I have never been so disappointed in the selection of food provided, I paid to have a better room and it was very dirty cobwebs everywhere and poorly made bed and just generally very disappointing

Pros:

From the moment we walked through the door (after a long and weary journey) we received a very warm welcome from Aled and his team. Every member of staff were lovely and nothing was too much bother.
We unexpectedly had a room upgrade which was a lovely suprise. The room (108) was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. Another lovely surprise was a chilled bottle of very nice Prosecco. Even our wee dog had the cutest welcome pack.
The bar and lounge was lovely and had lots of books and games.
The grounds were spectacular and very well maintained.
The hotel was very accommodating and had good vegan choices for myself.
There were magnificent walks near and far.
Thank you so much to every single member of staff.
I can't wait to visit again.

nice one-night summer stop over

lovely country hotel retreat with oodles of character.

we were in one of the outside rooms which whilst perfect for wheel chair access felt a little cramped
