Property and location are stunning, beautiful building inside and out. Staff are fantastic too, felt very welcome for our entire stay.
Only slight downside some may have is that there is not a restaurant on site, however they do have a good lounge menu and breakfast options (they provide fresh honey at breakfast was incredibly delicious). Dog rate charge of £25 per night seems slightly steep compared to other places I’ve stayed.
The property is beautiful, lovely setting and staff friendly.
Given the location of the property having no restaurant or bar meal facilities is not good after a full day out. There are places to eat a short drive away but we would prefer on site facilities.

The building itself and the surrounding area

Our stay felt like being in a traditional English manor house. The property and the surrounding grounds are absolutely beautiful, and the hotel itself has a wonderful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and welcoming. It was a very pleasant and memorable experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location, the comfort and atmosphere were fabulous. It’s a perfect get away to relax and enjoy the tranquility.
I cut one point for the breakfast as there weren’t much options. The restaurant was also closed so we ordered food for dinner.
The hotel is beautiful, the gardens surrounding the hotel are lovely.
The room was clean. We liked the little added touch of having Stroop waffles as a sweet treat on arrival. There was a Good tea and coffee selection in the room.
The bed was very comfortable, I could have stayed in it all day!
I wasn’t aware that the breakfast was only continental, I didn’t see this when booking. The difference in price to add breakfast wasn’t worth it really and if I had know there wasn’t a cooked option I would have had breakfast somewhere else.
The staff were lovely, however extremely slow when bringing out toast… it took over 20 minutes to cook a few slices of toast and we were the only 6 people eating in the restaurant at the time.

Location was perfect for a quiet break but close enough to Conway for a little hustle and bustle!

Super dog friendly and the hall itself is stunning! All the staff were more than helpful and very welcoming and made us feel right at home. Even helped my sight impaired partner up the stairs to our room when I was carrying the luggage. Can't fault the place at all and will definitely be making sure we go again
