Nice hotel make sure your in main hotel not the pre fab building outside !!
Pros:

Lovely old hotel and grounds

Cons:

I didn’t realise we would not be in main old hotel we were in a Porto cabin room outside the main building which although clean and modern was not what I was expecting and wasn’t made clear when we booked it. I would not have booked it had I known this.

Prachtig hotel en landgoed, waar je voor de goede sfeer in het hoofdgebouw gehuisvest moet zijn.
Pros:

Prachtig landgoed met mooie tuinen. Hoofdgebouw is stijlvol klassiek.
Eigen parkeergelegenheid.

Cons:

Het adres was onvolledig.
We sliepen niet in het hoofdgebouw, maar in de omgebouwde stallen, waar vanaf 7 uur de logistiek van het hotel goed hoorbaar was.

Absolutely worth the price, one of the nicest places we stayed at. Would recommend and book again.
Pros:

If I could give it a 9.5 I would. Good location that is easy to get to and find, beautiful main building and gorgeous grounds. I wish we had booked for longer. The staff were lovely and helpful. The bar area is amazing. The drink selection is very good and there are some snacks available as well. We stayed outside of the main building in the studio, it was spacious, the bed was amazingly big and comfortable and everything was clean. The swing outside is unexplainable brilliant. Unfortunately we didn’t have time for breakfast, but it looked delicious.

Cons:

The room was quite hot during the night, and with it being on the ground floor so to speak, I didn’t feel comfortable opening the windows fully (if we did, I am sure we would have had a nice breeze). I didn’t see an AC. Also in the morning we noticed just how thin the walls are when we heard our neighbours having a chat, However I must add that they were very quiet in the night, so no complaint at all. We found a microfibre cleaning cloth under the decorative bed cover and the shower gel in the shower was empty but frankly, neither bothered us, but thought I would mention it. I want to be very clear that these comment are very minor compared to the lovely stay we had overall.

Beautiful Place
Pros:

We absolutely loved Caer Rhun Hall. I love anything Victorian so this was the perfect staff location. Me and my partner were wowed by how beautiful the place was and the 19 acres of beautiful gardens.

Our room was exceptionally clean with one of the staff bringing macaroons for our anniversary and on top got a little caramel wafer too on arrival to our room. Staff always topped off with water and also a fan to stay cool in the hot weather.

We honestly loved our stay with you and thank you for being so friendly and accommodating to us throughout 😊

Stunning location; definitely visit.

Cons:

When I booked they said there were taxis. There is one taxi… luckily he was available the day we were there! There are no sidewalks and decent distances to all attractions. I suggest going with a car or firming up taxi beforehand. I would name the taxi company we used except it is a personal number of our taxi driver! Also, there was a terrible smell in our bathroom; they said they’d check it out after we left.

Pros:

tolle Lage, Personal, Frühstück.

Cons:

Bad sehr klein, dunkel. Hatten das erste Zimmer (Cedar) an der Treppe. Durchgangsverkehr und die Rezeption war gut zu hören. Nachts aber sehr ruhig.
