A perfect place to unwind in the Welsh countryside.
Pros:

Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, nice quiet location.

Cons:

Being on the second floor, a lift would've been handy, but hey, that's a minor thing.

Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, in the most gorgeous grounds, staff were lovely and helpful, the room and veiws were amazing and the luxory toiletries were a treat. We stayed in the deluxe double great size, bath was lovely, would deffinately return.

Cons:

We had an issue with the hot water but a very friendly and helpful staff member soon sorted it out.

Pros:

Room in the main building was lovely, whilst the kitchen was not fully open currently the breakfast, bar snacks were both great (cheese board with a pint i can recommend). Great grounds for dog walks and sitting out when we got some sun. All staff helpful throughout the stay and made our dog also welcome.

Cons:

Would love to see a local beer on tap...but that's me being really picky.

Lovely property, recommend bigger room
Pros:

Stunning heritage building & lawn. Beautifully maintained. Welcoming. Sitting outside overlooking the lawn in the afternoon was superb.

Cons:

Tiny room because we booked with third party. Suggested booking direct. Very comfortable bed though and great shower (just not much space in bedroom).

Premium Hotel, Experience, & Service. Made for a great experience and memories. Fantastic grounds A+
Pros:

The hotel itself has no dinner facilities. However the staff was more than happy to let us order take aways. They provided plates cutlery etc and clean after us. The did got the extra mile to make our stay a lovely experience. Bar staff knowledgeable and friendly. The hotel grounds were really nicely maintained and the parking facilities were great.

Cons:

I am struggling to find anything I didn't like. It was a lovely experience and will highly recommend to anyone wanting to experience the area.

Wundervolles Anwesen mit herrlichem Garten. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Touren in die Umgebung und Nord-Wales allgemein. Personal durch die Bank sehr gut. Hervorragendes Frühstück.

Cons:

Zimmer bei Booking sind leider nicht im Schloss selber.

An uncomfortable stay, and disappointing because of the deceptive advertising.
Pros:

The main house and grounds were impressive, and the beds were comfortable. However, our room in the courtyard was very disappointing as it was designed for disabled access, and was totally inappropriate for non-disabled people, as the shower had no curtain or tray so the whole floor and toilet seat got wet if you used the shower. Similarly the tiny washstand basin was so low as to be virtually unusable, with no mirror (how do you shave?) or shelf for toiletries, or even plug, whilst the toilet was so high that at 1m 70cm my feet could not touch the floor, and there was no toilet seat lid. A totally inappropriate bathroom.

Cons:

There was no TV connection, despite being advertised on the website . The coffee maker was very difficult to use as the cups provided were too large to fit and getting water for the machine or the kettle was difficult because of the aforementioned tiny wash hand basin. Some of the furniture was stained and the whole room had a very stale smell from the toilet.
