There was a cockroach in our room, left at 6am contacted booking.com and got a £8 refund!!

Cons:

We arrived there was no way of us getting in, plus the outside it looked awful like really dirty and quite creepy tbh, it was so far from the piers which it states it’s central to the piers which it’s definitely not, still trying to charge me as I “didn’t turn up” I did turn up I just didn’t get an answer even phoned the number that was online 3 times till I gave up and just booked elsewhere

Need better pillows more tea an coffee etc an towels we were given 1 bath towel an 1 hand towel for 2 of us on website there was supposed to be toiletries an things an there was supposed to be a bar an that so do need to update there site x
