Ideal location. A very comfortable cosy hotel
Pros:

What a fabulous find. The hotel is lovely. Decorated to a high standard and very clean. The bed was soooo comfortable. The little touches of slippers, snacks, towels made into swans were very well received. Ideal location for what we wanted. Will definitely be back. I was kept informed of information via WhatsApp. No problems checking in via the self-check in. If you’re looking for a one off hotel rather than a big chain this is the one for you.

Would definitely recommend and stay again.
Pros:

Location, staff were amazing, couldn’t do enough to help.

Cons:

There was the leftovers of someone’s coffee pod in the machine and the hoovering could have been better. Other than that, perfect.

Pros:

very convenient for the local theatre and restaurants

Cons:

The background noise of the hum of the pumps of people filling up petrol station [ throughout the night] below was a annoying. The blackout blinds let in the street light.
Also the slippers [ not complimentary - seemed to be previously worn] and the sleep pack was not available. So i'm hoping we will not be charged the extra.
However the staff did acknowledge that we wished to park but admitted they did not get back to us in time and we had to ask again so kindly let us park for free. A nice concession.

Clean and did the job but wouldn’t go back
Pros:

Clean and tidy. Parking on site and easy check in

Cons:

No staff and didn’t feel very safe. Voices on the tv in the lobby kept me awake all night

Excellent stay in a central location
Pros:

Beautiful decor, luxurious touches and spotlessly clean. Easy self check in service but still had immediate contact via text with any issues.

BE AWARE- Location not as shown!
Pros:

The bedrooms were spacious and nicely decorated and all necessary amenities included in stay. WIFI good

Cons:

Be aware it is located directly over a petrol station! (See google maps)
The location was POOR - The site doesn't show this hotel honestly.
I reported this back to my colleague who booked our work trip, and she was very disappointed to hear this.

Pros:

This is a very lovely, immaculate little hotel, perfect location, very comfortable.

Cons:

Plastic cups for the coffee and tea, didnt stand up to the heat really, very minor, but I like my tea!

The quality of the room was good, and largely comfortable and certainly very clean and well prepared.

Cons:

The location above a petrol station wasn't what I was expecting at all - this was not at all obvious when I booked it. THe tv didn't work in my room - in that there were no actual tv channels. It was also very "slow" - which I suspect was poor broadband? I would also have appreciated a desk to work at, as I had work to do in the evening.

Very nice small hotel.
Pros:

Good location. Car parking. Good communication with the staff.

Cons:

Although there was a coffee machine it didn’t have just plain black Americano coffee as an option.

Location is good

The lift is awkward and slow. Offered and request make up room, but no body came. The hitel concept is no standby staff.
