Will definitely return in the future.
Pros:

Very clean and up to date decor. Communication between owners was really good. Bed was super comfy and great location next to o2 Academy.

Pros:

Very clean, comfortable hotel. Staff were lovely, parking onsite too which was very helpful. Liked the coffee machine. Absolutely gorgeous hotel!

Cons:

Slightly out of the way for where we wanted to be, but not too bad of a walk. Still an amazing hotel despite this, would 100% stay again.

Room was clean and overall comfortable

Cons:

It is not a 5 star hotel, there is no staff, no front desk, it is located next to a petrol station and quite hard to find as it is much smaller building then you expect which is adjusted to a petrol station!

Cons:

Everything else, the size of the room is nothing like the pictures, the environment is a big NO, the building is directly above a fuel station 🙃. I left immediately I checked in because I get anxiety when in confined space and when I called to complain, they told me off in a rude manner. Didn't stay there and my money 79 pounds gone.

Was very easy, accessible and comfortable. Miss it already and will definitely be staying again when local.
Pros:

Great location for gigs at the O2 Academy, parking was a breeze, room smelt nice and had a luxurious vibe, tech felt very modern, bed was comfortable, bathroom was great in general but the shower in particular was lovely, AC heated and cooled the room perfectly.

Cons:

Lots of light seeping through at night. Light from the big Gulf sign right outside my window was seeping through around the edges of the blind, light from the corridor seeping under the door, and a bright green light in the ceiling right above the mirror.

Ideal location. A very comfortable cosy hotel
Pros:

What a fabulous find. The hotel is lovely. Decorated to a high standard and very clean. The bed was soooo comfortable. The little touches of slippers, snacks, towels made into swans were very well received. Ideal location for what we wanted. Will definitely be back. I was kept informed of information via WhatsApp. No problems checking in via the self-check in. If you’re looking for a one off hotel rather than a big chain this is the one for you.

Would definitely recommend and stay again.
Pros:

Location, staff were amazing, couldn’t do enough to help.

Cons:

There was the leftovers of someone’s coffee pod in the machine and the hoovering could have been better. Other than that, perfect.
