The staff made the stay enjoyable and I loved the artworks
Pros:

Very good selection for breakfast. Staff overall very friendly and helpful. The barman was a little too much and should keep his personal life and photos on his phone to himself, he was also very eager to let people know that he was excellent at his job, this i found quite obnoxious. A gentleman who I presume was a handyman of sorts, carried my case down to reception which i found extremely helpful, so thank you very much .to that person.

Cons:

My toilet was very close to the wall and didn't leave much room to manoeuvre

Pros:

Staff were super friendly and so helpful. The new manager helped us with our bags, even after we realised the lift was being repaired. Breakfast was lovely. Room was super comfortable. Was a bit warm, but reception sorted it asap.

Cons:

Nothing really

Great location, good facilities, clean room.
Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

A bit understaffed at main reception at times. Can get busy during check in and check out and sometimes there was only one staff member working.

It suited our needs
Pros:

The room was comfortable and quiet.
Dinner in the restaurant was superb.

Cons:

Disappointed with the breakfast. There was limited choice on both days and the second day, we came down earlier and it was still the same with items running out. The breakfast staff were not interested in supporting guests

I also left my pendant in the room we were staying in. I called the next day and someone took my details but I didn't receive any feedback at all.

Chic and central hotel
Pros:

Good location and always lovely staff. First time in a smaller room and it was still chic and feels elevated. North bar is great too for a little drink in the evening.

Cons:

I don’t think the health suit is great value for the time you get and would hesitate to book this again at cost.

Stunning hotel in magical location
Pros:

I loved the hotel on so many levels. All of the staff I dealt with were kind, considerate and helpful. My room was stunning and I extended my stay by two days. Brilliant location for walking around, shopping, dining, enjoying the magic of Glasgow. Huge thank you to the charming Alan/Allan who greeted me at breakfast every morning with the greatest smile, msny laughs, and customer second to none. He even went downstairs to ensure I had decaf coffee with my breakfast. Sincerest thanks for your kindness Alan - what a star!!!

Cons:

The absolute maze that was required for me to find my way to my room on level 5!! I am not blessed with a sense of direction but I finally mastered it!! Also, most odd that luggage has to be carried up two sets of steps before lift service is available. Travelling solo could have been difficult but staff assisted me when I arrived - thank you so very much. Thanks to everyone who made my stay memorable!! Bless.
