Very good hotel but too expensive
Pros:

Nice clean room and good bathroom very good oocation for city centre

Cons:

Quite expensive for what you are getting for the room not alot of free amenities

Pros:

Room was very spacious and very clean. Good for a night away and close to good places in town.

Fab location , polite and helpful staff and the hotel is lovely

The room was spacious . And clean

Cons:

The view wasn’t great we were facing on to another building and there was some sort of machine/ aircon something at the window and it was noisy . I could t find the kettle and cups I found it the next morning in the wardrobe 🤷‍♀️

Cons:

Puede ser un fallo puntual, pero la sábana de una de las dos camas de la habitación estaba manchada de sangre y, aunque la sábana parecía limpia, ( mancha que no había salido al lavar la sábana) parece impropio de un hotel de 4 estrellas, encontrarse con esta situación, pues la sábana debería haberse eliminado del uso y el personal que hizo la cama nunca debería haberla puesto al uso pues tuvieron que verla al hacer la cama. Era una mancha bastante grande, como de menstruación.

Very pleasant city centre stay
Pros:

Good breakfast selection. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Nice ground floor bar area.

Cons:

Wasn’t clear when booking the accommodation that the spa is an extra cost and that you have to book a time slot.

Pros:

The bar area and the breakfast facilities were very good. Nice surroundings, lots of choice and helpful staff.

Cons:

We were on the 6th floor which at first, I thought was going to be great as it would have provided fantastic views over Glasgow, however, there was one window in the room that was set high and fixed so it couldn't open wide which basically made the room feel very boxy and claustrophobic. The room did not warrant the price.
Also, this was for my 50th Birthday so I was very disappointed when I walked in with the reallisation that I had to spend two nights in there.

Pros:

Nothing it was overpriced for what it was and I never knew that the Sauna was not part of it and had to pay a fee for it.

Cons:

Took a 50 deposit off me when getting there which I still haven’t revived back and the sauna and steam room they limited our time was meant to be an hour and only got 25 minutes this place is a joke
