Pros:

Great location. Lovely views of the lake. A typical air bnb with no staff or reception area but instructions were clear, key codes and room keys clear. The rooms were clean, pristine white sheets, coffee and tea facilities in the room, clean white towels on each bed. The beds and pillows were comfy as well. All in all, a great stay.

Cons:

The decor needs some attention, the pictures on the walls were either empty frames or missing & could do with modernising.

No worth the money and no staff on site to sort issues.
Pros:

The location was very central.

Cons:

Some of the lights didn’t work in the room or the bathroom. We had to shower use the bathroom in the dark. I reported it and I didn’t even get a response. The was no shower gel and the towels were so small in the second room we booked

Location was great , walking distance close to lake and restaurants and pubs ,shops etc.

Cons:

Hotel said complementary cakes on arrival, none there, our TV was broke when we arrived and a new one was getting fitted later that night but unfortunately only around 6 channels worked but even thise had bad reception so couldn't watch it .

Great location.
Pros:

The location, the view, value for money. Parking was great, we got one of the spaces around the back.

Cons:

My only dislike was the bed mattress, it was very thin, as you laid in the bed you could feel the slats underneath. 2 very uncomfortable nights sleep.

Great and comfortable.
Pros:

The location is perfect, just 2 mins walk to the lake shore, the Peter rabbit museum, etc. The instruction was very clear, which helped us check in smoothly. The room was cosy and comfortable, with beautiful lake facing views. The staff, Sonia and Ewa, were very nice, friendly, and helpful. Thank you! We had a great time staying here and surely will come back again 🤗

الغرفة نظيفة ومغطاة بالسجاد وهذا كان جيد للدفء في الشتاء
وفرت المضيفة الشراشف الصوفية للتدفئة كما وفرت ضيافة البسكوت واكياس الشاي والسكر والقهوة
تسجيل الدخول كان ذاتي وفق تعليمات مرسلة من المضيفة وكانت الطريقة سهلة فقد اعتدنا عليها في معظم اماكن الإقامة في بريطانيا
المكان كان قريب من البحيرة ومواقع حجز التذاكر للرحلة في البحيرة

السلالم ضيقة وتحتاج الحذر عند النزول
كما أنه يصعب نقل حقائب كبيرة للاعلى بسبب ضيق الدرج وانحدارها، والحمد لله لم يكن معنا سوى حقائب صغيرة لرحلة يوم واحد

Pros:

The Staff were Amazing, kept in contact with us before and throughout our stay . The little touches they had in the hotel were brilliant!! They also have a full kitchen with cooking facilities also tables with chairs to relax and eat .our room with the lake view was so nice and relaxing. The room was very clean and comfortable, everything about this hotel was very well thought out . The location was great too we even had parking! Overall our stay was amazing 😍
