Świetna lokalizacja obiektu, piękny budynek położony w urokliwym ogrodzie. Bardzo czysto i pachnąco.
Jedyna uwaga co do parkingu, w sobotę po 16 zajęliśmy ostatnie miejsce parkingowe-przy pełnym obłożeniu nie wiem czy każdy znajdzie wolne miejsce.
Clean excellent
Locally situated
Excellent position for us, being near the friends we were visiting & close to the town centre while being just a little out of the way, tucked through the arch & so very quiet. Abingdon is delightful town.
The TV was too fancy for my simple mind & we found it hard to operate! Also the towel rail in the en suite! A bit too modern & techie for us! We needed a plain speaking manual. It felt a bit strange having no one on site in reception. There wasn’t enough milk provided, but rummaging through the cupboard in the reception area I found some more supplies.

First the location. It couldn't be more central and this was fantastic. Plus parking was super simple. I thought it was a great room overall. It is serviced apartments, not a hotel and there were no staff on hand - but a number to call. The room was reasonably quiet and well stocked with amenities plus the bed was pretty comfortable.
When we got there I couldn't get a room key to work, and the "contact us" was not answered, luckily we were able to get another one working, but it didn't leave me with confidence that if an actual problem arose, it would be dealt with. There was no air-con and in a heat wave this meant the room was horribly warm, as we couldn't even open the windows. Also, there was a large stain in the carpet which someone had clearly attempted to clean, but hadn't.
Location, size of room and general facilities. Bathroom was clean and modern
Bit disconcerting no staff about. However we experienced a fire alarm in the building caused by alarm going off in another room. I ended up dialling 999 as could not immediayley get response from fire board number or the tel no on the back of the room door( for which I had to renter the building to find) however staff returned call a few times as the alarm was dealt with by the fire brigade.

Its a bit strange, no staff on site which is ok until things go wrong!
Main concern is that the hotel is open so anyone can walk in...the internal door is set up for card swipe to open which would be more secure, however it was constantly open. So only secure door is your bedroom door. I'm not sure l would feel 100% safe if staying alone
Also fire alarm went off at 10am, no one around, no one answering the phone so had to call 999.
There was no number to call in case of emergency.
