Fantastic hotel with lovely staff
Pros:

We received a warm welcome on arrival, we left our bags in the luggage hold as we arrived early, when we checked in the staff were friendly and made a big fuss of our dog Sydney, the room was comfortable and clean.
The breakfast in the morning was fantastic, plenty of choice both hot and cold food, we were very impressed.

Cons:

I can think of anything.
if i had to be picky the parking was £10 per night but to be honest in a city location you expect to pay that.

Pros:

Reasonably priced hotel in reasonable location

Cons:

Only there for one night, hopefully if staying longer, we'd be in a more practical room, with drawers. Room seems to be designed for trendiness' rather than functionality. Might suit other tastes. Main gripe was no kettle, just a rubbish coffee maker, that made lukewarm coffee. Don't know how we were expected to use the one teabag each that we were given. Also, not sure what the £20 deposit was for, paid with the £10 parking fee, hopefully I'll get that back soon.
