Clean rooms everything you needed.

Cons:

First impressions was not good. Went yo ask about car parking and check in guy with baseball cap on was very rude needs to have patience with customers as first impressions count shame as nice rooms, breakfast is average

Very clean and cosy with great food and even better staff!
Pros:

The bed was so comfy! Loved the option of Cinnamon Crunch for breakfast! 😎

Found the room a bit small. And I’d love to have a room with a bath.

Trendy, modern, comfortable hotel
Pros:

Modern, trendy hotel within easy walking distance of the harbour. Very comfortable beds, tea/coffee making facilities in room. Bar and simple food on ground floor. Comfortable lounge area. Pets very welcome.

Cons:

TV stopped working and ease of parking. Hotel offers reduced rate parking charge but you need to register in hotel - only have 10 minutes to do this if already in car park. Also car park was very full in the evening so returning in may mean you are not able to find a space despite having paid.

Pros:

Hotel very clean, nice room.

Cons:

The TV promoted that it was an 'internet tv' - had an app for Youtube, but when I tried to play a video, it didn't work. Didn't think the breakfast was that enjoyable either.

Pros:

Good location, clean and new. Had a buzz about it.

Cons:

Other cars parking in front of properly parked cars. Potentially blocking us in if needed to move.

Good hotel in a convenient location
Pros:

Room was fine - big enough with all of what you need. The bathroom was also fine - not big but everything was there and plenty of towels / shampoo etc. Staff are pleasant and helpful. The buffet breakfast is good - plenty of choice etc. New building with a large reception area. Very convenient location for Brittany Ferries departures to Spain / France - a 5 min walk.

Cons:

signage from the city centre side is poor - once you know what you are looking for then it's fine but otherwise the hotel is just an anonymous building. There is good signage from the sea -facing direction - you can spot the hotel whilst still aboard your ferry which may be helpful.

A cool and comfortable place to stay that was well worth the money!
Pros:

I loved the whole vibe of the Moxy - the communal areas were well thought out in terms of things to do (games to play), comfortable seating, a lovely bar and atmosphere. The staff were really friendly and approachable and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were clean, comfortable and stylish. I loved the welcome message on the television and the free welcome cocktail - a really lovely touch. Overall, it exceeded my expectations and made for an enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend.

Cons:

Only minor, but a few more hangers or places to store your clothes in the room would have been useful, especially when sharing a room with someone, as it was a little limited.

Fabulous value for money and a quality room.

I spent a very pleasant weekend in the historic seaside city of Plymouth
Pros:

The hotel’s reception and dining area was colourful and bright. This made a pleasant change from the usual plain colours seen in those areas in hotels. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable.
The hotel’s location was ideal. The town centre and the sea front were both about 10-15 mins walk away.

Cons:

The cover on the plug socket below the TV kept coming off as I pulled out a plug. This should be an easy fix to make.
