The hotel was hosting an event the night of our stay. With no prior warning or advertisement of this either at point of booking or after. Only discovered when booking in. The lobby was packed making it difficult to come and go from the hotel during the evening and loud live music played until late which could be heard 3 floors up and over the TV.

Been a few times before yet the welcome by the guy on the desk this time was the worst hardly spoke didn’t smile just would have preferred self check in
The spacious room, easy check in and out, bar and lounge areas downstairs. They actually sell food which wasn't advertised on the website so that would've been helpful to know beforehand. Short walk to Plymouth Arena, Theatre Royal, Restaurants and shop one way, Hoe and Barbican the other.
Would definitely book again if visiting.
A fridge in the room to keep water etc cool and complimentary robes. But this is reflected in this level of hotel. Feels like a Premier Inn but more modern.
