No parking . No reception/bar area

Newly refurbished/built, great decor and comfortable bed.
No reception and hard to get hold of staff. Always have to call them to get hold of them. Other than your bedroom not much in terms of places to relax.
Hotel was clean, receptionist friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfortable and air conditioning was a huge plus. Small things like phone chargers on the bedside lights and a fridge was useful.
Could hear road noise and had requested a quiet room. No breakfast facilities although the nearby Glades shopping centre had good facilities for this. Receptionist is not visible but behind a closed office door, so lacks a bit of warmth.

We were totally fine with it since we knew in advance, but this boutique hotel (20-25 rooms) has minimal facilities. If you are looking for a hotel with a front desk and personal attention, then this is not it
