Not having the restaurant open for breakfast isn’t ideal and with the Royal Bell opening, they will have competiton
Pros:

Location, bed, peace and quiet

Cons:

Having stayed over 20 times, its becoming a bit tired, stains on carpets etc.

Great hotel
Pros:

The hotel was great. The staff were friendly. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was powerful and temperature was constant. We had a fridge which was good plus milk and fruit juice. The teas were very nice. The location was good for local restaurants and pubs, shops and the Churchill theatre. Buses close by and Bromley North railway station was close. We would definitely return.

Lovely hotel, great location, friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Lovely little hotel in the heart of Bromley. Very helpful and friendly staff. There is no restaurant on site (there are quite a lot to choose from within a few minutes of walk), but there is a constant supply of tea and coffee in the library 😀👍🏻

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like is that the windows do not open. Why???

Pros:

The room was clean and basic, but the pseudo art deco was grim with a Picasso-style picture of nude women that my mother found offensive.

Cons:

I asked for facilities for an elderly wheelchair user. There was a lift, but that was the extent of it. The doors were heavy to manage with a wheelchair. The beds on casters were not fixed to the bed-head which was on the wall, and moved when I tried to get mum into bed, and slid away from the wall when I sat her up. Worst of all, the shower had no handholds. It was a tiled box that my mother was afraid to use. I asked for facilities for someone with physical disabilities. This was not suitable. There was no kettle, just a fancy coffee machine with no instructions.

总体来说很好
Pros:

环境很安静，很舒服，员工很好。

Cons:

前几次都很好，就这次手机无法连接到电视，联系了客房服务，也来到房间帮忙解决，但是最终没得到解决办法，是IT问题，不能怪员工
