On the whole it was great to just go upstairs after my son's wedding on the Sat 6th.
Pros:

No breakfast offered.

Cons:

Someone to help us out of the building on Sunday morning. We made it eventually. No-one that we could contact on Sunday.

Pros:

My room overlooked an empty courtyard so was nice and quiet. Pretty designs, great tea, fresh milk available. Lauren was very helpful thank you.Lights all clearly labelled on the switches, which helped! Good selection of books in the library.

Very comfortable stay for one night after arriving in London.
Pros:

The location is great, it was clean and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The scent in the lobby was a nice touch.

On the whole good.
Pros:

We didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment. I found my room and bed comfortable. . The location appeared to be very central, but as I’m disabled and can’t walk far I didn’t take advantage of this.

Cons:

I didn’t research whether parking was available so my brother had to park in the street and although he has a blue badge, he still had to go out to move the car a couple of times.
My brother found his room rather noisy, there was something humming and the air conditioning rattled. He also felt his bed was too firm.

Spokojna i cicha lokalizacja, 8 min spacerem od stacji metra, w pobliżu deptak i dużo restauracji. Pokój nieskazitelnie przygotowany i miła obsługa. Wymeldowanie przez wrzucenie karty do skrzynki - szybko, bezkontaktowo. Super Library z automatem do kawy i miejscem do relaksu. Polecam.

Cons:

Only a small thing would much prefer to have access to a kettle to a coffee machine. It’s not great for tea!
