Pros:

Clean, modern, quiet, comfortable, great shower

Cons:

No kettle in the room. You have to get hot water from a coffee machine which doesn't get very hot and the hot water button didn't work on mine.

Elegant clean effective
Pros:

Location was incredible and the room was incredibly clean

It's a little bit of heaven.
Pros:

This is a special Hotel we love it. Bromley is a great town. Has good shopping restaurants parks and is very easy to commute into C London. The hotel is close to both stations so access to Victoria or Charing Cross etc is easy.

Cons:

Shame the on site restaurant has closed.

Very comfy hotel stay.
Pros:

The bed and particularly pillows were even more comfortable than my usual bed. Very nicely furnished and appointed room.

Cons:

There was only one person working in the hotel when I arrived - which stretched her and there was a slight delay in checking me in.

Not having the restaurant open for breakfast isn’t ideal and with the Royal Bell opening, they will have competiton

Having stayed over 20 times, its becoming a bit tired, stains on carpets etc.
