Nothing. Cancelled our booking as we stood outside trying to check in!
Arrived on site, contacted OYO as we hadn't received code to check in. He told us we were in Block B room 10 and to fill the form in he was emailing to me, he'd then send the code. Never received the form or code but an email saying due to unforseen circumstances the booking was cancelled, contact Booking.com for a full refund! This was 45 mins before the party we were attending started! No time to find anywhere else and had to get changed in the car in the car park!
Disgusting that paid bookings can be cancelled like this with no recourse.
We were told by people who live in Scunthorpe that the hotel (more like hostel?!) has a contract with the local council to provide emergency housing and that takes priority over paid bookings. If that's the case the property should be removed from this site.
Nothing it was closed no longer a hotel. Has been closed for months. Booked in March 2024. I was left stranded. Helpline would not accept my booking reference. Just a complete fiasco.

Travelled 100 miles to this hotel that we booked 6 months ago, only to be told that it’s now a halfway house for council tenants. Took our money 3 days before arrival too, absolute shambles, OYO blaming booking.com and booking.com blaming OYO.

Turned up at 8pm and no staff onsite and code to room didn't work. As I'm not from UK had to make international call to helpline. No one locally was contactable so the response from the helpline was they "would resolve my problem in 24-48 hours!

Arrived at what only be described as a drug den to find the room we had booked was already occupied by someone who, shall we say, fitted in with her surroundings! Rang the help line number provided to be told they will resolve the situation in the next 48hrs! Leaving myself and my mother having to find an alternative for the night. I said I would like a full refund and was told I had to wait until the customer support team to contact me via email!
I advise anybody thinking about staying at any of their properties to seriously think twice!!¡!
I paid, but they had no record of me that I was not allowed to stay. Booking.com owes me a refund.

Wi FI not working . TV not working . No cups or tea/coffee to go with the kettle, No heating. NO TOWELS. AND NOBODY ANSWERING THE PHONE!!!!!
Location was good, the area is quite and access is simple.
I don't think my room had been cleaned - the bed wasn't made - in fact, the duvey was chucked at the bottom of the bed, the
kettle was dirty with bits

I won't be using this OYO outfit ever again. Two days before I was due to travel, they sent me a WhatsApp message asking me to input my credit card details - after I had already paid the week before, as arranged when I booked! This sounded dodgy, so I phoned their customer service centre (they are a company owning a number of B&Bs, apparently). I was told they didn't use WhatsApp!! I asked for the access code, as there were no staff on site. It would arrive 'soon' they said. On the morning of travel, the code hadn't arrived, so I messaged them. Then, just an hour before my departure, they sent me an email cancelling my reservation "due to some unavoidable circumstances". So I then had to book alternative accommodation. They said they would refund my reservation fee, but they refunded just £3!!! Following my return, I contacted booking.com and they sorted out everything in fine style. Nothing for all the stress, however!! I will never use OYO again, and you can draw yoiur own conclusions from this tale of woe.

My stay was cancelled on last minute, without an explanation why and I have not got my refund for my stay that did not happen. So not very happy at all.

The hotel Canceled my stay the morning of check in leaving me stranded with out a room several hours away from home.
I spoke with the hotel and was offered little explanation and no compensation. Any other room near by was over twice the price and I was on a course and unable to send time looking for somewhere, meaning by the end of the day I had no where to stay. Very poor service
