You can’t call it hotel it is more like motel the elevator was not working during our whole stay for 4 nights only one elevator working uncomfortable beds and belows

Vriendelijk personeel; voor een trapje van 4 treden bieden ze al hulp aan met de bagage. Konden om 12.00 uur al inchecken zonder extra kosten. Sommige faciliteiten worden gedeeld met The Cumberland Hotel (b.v. ontbijt), wat er bijna naast ligt.
Ligging op 1 minuut lopen van metrohalte Marble Arch, dus ook heel dicht bij Hyde Park en Oxford Street.

The location
When we arrived we were not given the key to our room untill 17;30hrs, when we should have checked in at 15:00hrs. As a consequence we missed most of the earlier acts that we had paid to see in Hyde Park.
The first night an alarm went off at 02;30am in our room waking us all up. The chap on reception told us that we would be reimbursed 20% of the first nights stay - that has not happened.
Fantastic location within walking distance of everything. Room was very comfortable and staff very helpful.
Breakfast was pricey for a buffet breakfast and machine coffee.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of Hyde Park, Oxford Street, and public transport. The rooms were clean, and the renovated lobby feels more modern and spacious. The staff were friendly throughout my stay, especially Abdul, who I also remember from my visit two years ago. He was welcoming, professional, and very helpful.
The biggest issue is that one of the elevators is still out of service, just as it was two years ago. The room air conditioning is also weak and never gets properly cold, making the room feel warm during summer. The hotel also no longer offers complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby, and the large separate male and female restrooms have been replaced by a single shared restroom.
Location to Hyde Park for concert and walking distance from Paddington station.
It was a tad on the pricey side for what we got but I suppose as the saying goes you pay a premium for the location.

Location was perfect. Staff were very friendly & went out of their way to be helpful. Room was clean, well equipped & comfortable. Breakfast at the Cumberland was excellent. Would definitely stay again.
Lift to lower floor out of service. Our friends with poor mobility needed a room down there with a walk in shower but they had to struggle with the stairs. You need some more rooms with walk in showers. I personally find it challenging to climb in and out of a bath & I am able bodied.
Great space and seems like they thought of everything - very impressed and the staff were so helpful and friendly - would recommended and would return 😊😊
