Could be a great hotel
Pros:

The staff were very good. The remote for TV was broken. The lady on the front desk was great and sorted it out. Room was a good size. Food in the restaurant was good and well priced.

Cons:

The exterior of the building would need a good overhaul. Especially when looking out the bedroom windows. Been there a few years back. It hasn't changed. It could be a great place. Breakfast wasn't the best.

Ignore the negative reviews. Its a great hotel.
Pros:

Lovely junior suite with huge jacuzzi bath.
Clean and smelt lovely.

Cons:

No phone to ring reception and when asked they shown me the QR code to contact them.
Tried to contact via this when back at my room but said my room number was not right when it was.
So had to keep walking back to reception with my kids which wasnt great.
Did ask for another single bed to accommodate my children but this was not given so sleeping wasnt the best

Cons:

We arrived at 4 pm, check-in was supposed to be at 3 pm. I booked this for my partner’s birthday. Upon arrival we were told that the room wasn’t ready. The woman at reception wished my partner happy birthday which raised suspicions on how they knew it was his birthday. The reason this was a bad thing is because I had paid for the room to be decorated. The main item I wanted in the room was birthday balloons. Which were not set up when we arrived. When we went into the room, there were a few rose petals on the bed a box of chocolate and towel art. The whole reason these things were there is because they were included in the main thing I wanted (birthday balloons). For the money I paid for decoration I would expect what I asked for.
Then there were multiple power cuts throughout the night one lasting up to an hour.
