It was very clean. The room might not be too big but being on holiday for visiting London you don't need big room, you spent the whole day out. It has all the facilities you need, shower and toilet, kettle and coffee and tea changed daily, towels changed daily, the bed was very comfortable. It was in a quiet district, secure gate and free parking. Everything was nice and I had a great time.
It seems like the walls are very thin but I suspect the staff made sure they didn't put two visitors next to each other. Might be possible when not too busy, might be different when more people are booked but I didn't have much of a problem with that.

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel.
I accidentally left my AirPods behind during my stay. A few days later, I used the Find My app and could clearly see that they were still located within the hotel. I called the hotel to ask about them, but the staff member at reception was unhelpful and seemed to dismiss my concern.
While I was on the phone, I activated the sound on my AirPods, and I could hear it playing, which strongly suggested they were nearby. Despite this, the staff member did not make any effort to investigate or assist further.
I understand that lost items can happen, but I expected a more professional and cooperative response from the hotel. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with the level of customer service.
I would advise others to be cautious with their belongings and hope the hotel improves how it handles lost property inquiries in the future
Very basic compact room. But clean, comfy bed and free parking. Only 10 minute walk from the closest tube station.
It was in quite an industrial area. I stayed midweek, so there was still people around in the evening. On a weekend the area may be a bit more deserted when you're walking to the tube.
